Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders.The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document

Acceptence / Cancellation of the works are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same

Executive Engineer PRED Chikodi has authority to accept or reject any tender without assigning reason.

Corrigendums / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

Incomplete / conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The tender may be cancelled at any stage without assigning any reason

Any objection regarding the tender must be submitted directly to Executive Engineer , not in inward

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Executive Engineer, PRED, Chikodi is final.

Successful bidder submitting bids below the amount put to tender will be regularized to submit the difference amount in the form of FDR/TDR/DD/Pledge on the name of EE PRED Belagavi within 20 days from the date of receiving the letter of acceptance. additional security paid for unbalanced tenders Failing which EMD will be forfeited and further action will be taken as per G O No FD PCL 2008 Bangalore Dated 14/10/2008.

Work shall be executed as per KTPP Act & Service Tender Conditions.

The bidder must have travel Agency.

Age limit of assigning vehicle must be within five years from the date of registration

The Assigning vehicle must have Yellow board(Number Plate)

The Insurance of the assigning vehicle must be in running condition

The bidder must Submit Form No.41,47 & 49 issued by RTO

Vehicle must have air pollution test

The driver assigned to work on the vehicle should have a driving license.

PAN Card must be in the name of the owner or if it is a propriotory/Company then in the name of propriotory/company.

The Vehicle must be technically good in Condition.

Tenderer must not to exceed the rate fixed in Government order. (i.e for 2500 km of Rs 35000 for Non-AC Vehicles

The Copies of the vehicle Documents must be submitted for tender and the same copies must be covered & submitted to the respective Taluka

Further information Can be obtained from this office during office hours if required

Vehicle fuel, all repairs, Labours wages, allowance and tax insurance policy renewal etc. should be Paid by the vehicle owner

If Vehicles runs more than 2500 km in a month Per Km additional of Rs.10/- is Provided. or If it runs more than 300 hours in a month additional Rs.100 per hour is Provided.For Non-AC Vehicles.
