Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes manually / by machanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes manually / by machanical means, breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes, lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Up to 150 mm diameter

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building / structure, upto 25 metre height above ground level, including additional row of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tubes challis, M.S. clamps and staircases system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. Note :- (1) The ekevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose . (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items of such works.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade
