Providing, fabrication and erection of steel structure bed of size 8’×5’×4’ for 33kVA×440V H.T transformer, the bed to be fabricated out of rolled steel channels (ISMC 75, mild steel pipes of medium class 100mm NB and ISA. The bed to be fabricated by required mechanical operations viz, cutting, welding, bolting etc. The vertical posts to be embedded in cement concrete blocks as per directions of I/c Engineer. The details of steel structure bed here as: MS pipe of 100mm (Medium class) vertical posts 9 No.× 5‘=45 rft= 165 kg ---------A ISMC-75: Ln Hz = 8’ × 3 No. = 24 rft Sht Hz = 18 No.× 5’ = 90 rft = 114 rft = 251 kg----------B Grill fabricated out of ISA- 40× 40× 6 Vt Posts = 10 No. × 2’ = 20 rft Horizontal beams = 26 rft = 46 rft = 50 kg ---------C Round bars (TMT) = 12mm dia = 60 N0.×2’ = 120 rft = 33 kg ------- D A+B+C+D = 165 kg+ 251 kg +50 kg+ 33 kg = 499 kgs say 500kgs Note: The old damaged/rotted wooden bed belongs to the Masjid committee of the catchment area as conveyed by operator and the I/c mechanic.

Providing and laying of cement concrete blocks in M15 mix with 20mm stone aggregates complete up to site. The job includes earth work/excavation of trenches of required size and includes form work complete with all leads and lifts.

Providing, applying of metallic primer two coats and applying of two coats of metallic anti corrosive paint to whole steel structure bed complete of superior quality.

Erection of overhead gantry (departmental material), the gantry is to be erected and fixed as per directions of I/c engineer at site complete. The vertical posts to be embedded in cement concrete blocks after excavating required trenches for the vertical posts. The job includes fixing and fitting of horizontal beam on the top of vertical posts properly aligned and fixed by required welding complete with all leads and lifts.
