Complete removal of existing roof treatment such as old APP membrane, polythene film, mud phuska and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc. 500 & not exc. 1000, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) as in roof, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircases, landing chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roughening the intact concrete and removing of dust, rust etc, cleaning the aera of the rusted reinforcement bars by grinding, sandblasting or waterblasting etc in order to remove the rust, coating of the unharmed reinforcement with two coats of EPOXY COAT , and cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate ) in the patch using formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-: Dr. FIXIT, FOSROC or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)

Surface Preperation (RCC Roof): Cleaning the Surface & made free of dirt , foreign Particle , followed by grinding all protusion to make surfce modulated . Therafter , Inspection of Cracks on the surface cuased by thermal expansion contraction . Cutting the grooves with cutter M/c in "V" Groove filled with reapir morate of FOSROC SBR Latex / Foscroc Renderog RG microconcrete as per recomendation by making Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified Fosroc SBR Latex mortar ( 1: 4 Cement : Sand with 3.5% Acrylic of Cement Weight), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating (FOSROC Make NitoProof 600 PF) with an elongation of 500% as per ASTM D 412-90 and tensile stength of 1.6 N/mm2, cracking ability up to 2mm no leakage upto 5 bars of waterpressure & Solid contents upto 92% includes final base preparation ,Epoxy primer 1:1 (Resin:Hardener) application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min. consumption of 1.25 Kg per SQM, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing 15mm and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing 20 mm and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Steel tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised 15mm, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Steel tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised 20 mm, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing building materials etc other than spoil to a distance of 600 m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
