Taking out defective LT UG cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor from trenches, shifting serviceable cable 4 core 16 sqmm for relaying or taking the unserviceable cable as credit complete all as specified and directed for the following:- Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Note:- (a) Chemical required for recharging of earthing shall be paid separtely. (b) Measurment of one month shall be treated as one job.

Material and labour in repairs for electric Welding of existing GI strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M& L in repairs for porcelin insulater fixing on wall for supporting the copper strip at distance 45 cm including nut bolt drilling hole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in repairs for GI funnel and wire mesh for earth pits complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for Test point terminal block in repairs as made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old broken and damaged earth pit chamber and M & L for construction of new earth pit chamber of size 700 X 700 X 450 mm of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 including GI funnel and wire mesh all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 with 20 mm grade aggregate including demolation of existing foundation all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Takig down old unserviceable GI/Copper earth plate from soft and hard soil from any location as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a dpeth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not lss than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and wahsers of galvanised iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR- 2009 (Part-1)

Material & Labour in repairs for Chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90cm x 60cm x 5mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl copper strip 32x6mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of brass made of copper and connected to test point and earth dolly al as shown in electrical plate no 3 SSR part I 2009 ans specified or indicating including providing charcoal dust 100 kgs ,common salt 150 kgs ,magnisum sulphate 200 kgs and all around the plate 15CM depth and wide upto 650mm height in continuous layer ,balance pit will be filled with vegaetable soil upto groundlevel including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3;6) type C1 in chamber ,precast concrete (1:2:4) type B1,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with cast iron frame ,funnel with wire mesh 40 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. .(Note:- the earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately)

Takig down old roof surface grouted pipe rod 40 mm dia appx 2 mtr with air termination single pointed aluminium rod of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long and refixing on suitable size Porclian insulator complete pipe rod with air termination single pointed aluminium rod of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long .(Note-Sutiable size Insulator and cement wk for refixing also included in this Job) complete all as specified and as directed.
