Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar all as specified.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm on external concrete wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegate) as in copinges, plinth band, parepetes, ralinges upto 60 cm in height etc complete including necessary form work

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends etc..

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation,etc or for shafts, wells, cessipts manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out any type of soil.

. Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard dense soils.

Removing surplus excavated material to exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed

Demolition and breaking up 300mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm ,class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars (Make Everest/ Hume pipe/Himalya or equvalent)

M&L Cement concrete in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to 300mm dia to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers and set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip). (Make: Tata/Sail/Tisco or equvalent)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.
