Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loame, clay or sand inculuding lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 30m including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30mfrom the foundation trenches. SI. No. 251.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, final local sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 8 :4 : 1 in foundation and under floor, Including supply of all Material with mixer machine, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work.As per S.I. No. 275

First class Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse Sand morter in foundation & Plinth inculding supply of all materials Labour T & P etc.required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 305.

12 m.m. thick Plaster with Cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and 4 part of coarse sand of 2.25 FM on brick work including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.S.I No 584(i).

2.5 cm. thick c.c. flooring in 1:2:4 cement,c.sand& 20mm gauge stone grit with floating coat of 3mm of cement without base concrete i/c all for proper completion of work. As per SI No. 601(a).

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1½:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also inculding supply of all Material, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 283A.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. S.I.No. 504

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.
