RequiredThe private vehicles which are registered as Taxi/Cab will only be hired for attending TGGENCO duties and the vehicle shall be registered in the name of applicant/travel agency as on date of application and proof of same shall be submitted along with application.
RequiredThe vehicle so offered should not be older than 10 Years, with good working condition and with all necessary permits required under the M.V. act. (Copy of Registration Certificate (RC) in the name of the applicant).
RequiredThe owner of the vehicle hired for TGGENCO official use should produce the Pollution Control Certificate for every six months and comprehensive insurance certificate for every year, as per prevailing rules as on date.
RequiredThe owner of the vehicle hired for TGGENCO official use should upload valid documents like permit, fitness certificate, Insurance certificate, Tax receipt, pollution control certificate, Driving license of the drivers proposed to be engaged etc., and any other valid documents as per M.V. Act.
RequiredThe owner of the vehicle hired for TGGENCO duty should upload the copies of documents of vehicle.
RequiredThe owner of the vehicle hired for TGGENCO duty should provide 2 drivers (One Driver for Day Time and One driver for Night Time Duty) and shall also upload Professional Driving License of the drivers proposed to be engaged.
RequiredThe owner of the Vehicle hired for TGGENCO duty should produce on letter head, stating that I am liable for taking action against me as per TGGENCO procedures in Vogue that if I fails to provide 2 drivers for the vehicle provided (One Driver for Day Time Duty and One driver for Night Time Duty).
RequiredThe owner shall upload PAN Card
RequiredThe bidder has to upload scanned copies of all the above documents the particulars and undertakings enclosed invariably, in token of his / their understanding / acceptance, failing which the e-tender will be liable for rejection.
OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with the bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date or if the bidder uploads the blank documents in the e-procurement portal, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED for a period of three years duly forfeiting the EMD paid by the bidder
RequiredThe Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs.16,470.00/-. However, the EMD is exempted as per the prevailing norms (i.e., valid PEMD/MSME, SC/ST/ Vaddera Societies and individuals, etc) on submission of the relevant documentary proof
