Taking down ceiling fans/exhaust fans, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ceiling fan capacitor/condensers 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs new ball bearing 6201 / 6202 / 6203 including metal filling, machining if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of motor of ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep of any make, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Painting of ceiling fans complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, in situ by spraying including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust etc and hanging it and connecting wire from ceiling rose to connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Exhaust fan capacitor/condensers 4.0 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting of Exhaust fans complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, in situ by spraying including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust etc and fixing it and provision and connecting of wire from ceiling rose to connector complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Wall mounting fans of any sweep and size, sealing cable end, and removing fan and blades to store and refixing the same after necessary plastering and painting work on walls( The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of plastering and painting works per existing finishes and contractor shall visit the site for verifying the same before quoting his rates) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F modular power unit of capacity 20 Amps complete for ACs with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB, single pole, 20 Amps, 240 volts, 'C' curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on ompletion and as directed.
