Construction of Control Room Building and other civil works for setting up new 33/11 KV spread out type Sub-Station with (2x6.3) MVA power transformer including electrical wiring at Jogeshganj, Basirhat Division under North-24 Parganas Region.

CIVIL WORKS: (In riverine areas connected by river route and/or ferry crossing under Extra Rate @ 22.5% for Gosaba, Basanti, Sandeshkhali, Hingalganj & Minakhan P. S.) Earth work in excavation of foundation trenchesor drains, in all sorts of soil(including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone)including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing & ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exeeding 1500mm

(b) Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1500mm and upto 3000mm but not required shoring.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete (A) with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (b) (i) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius of 3 km. including cost of carried earth.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. measurement of finished quantity)(payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).

Filling in foundation or plinth by medium sand in layer not exceeding 150mm. as directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soiling of picked Jhama bricks including removing & dressing bed to proper level & filling joints with local sand.

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40mm. size) excluding shuttering. In ground floor, (A) Pakur Variety (I) 1:3:6 proportion.

Hire & labour charges of shuttering with centering & necessary staging upto 4m. using approved stout props and thick hard planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting & striking out after completion of work.(Upto the roof of ground floor). (a) 25mm to 30mm thick wooden shuttering without staging in foundation.

(b) 25mm to 30mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision and direction of E-in-Charge (i) In ground floor.
