Supply and fixing temperature gauge for both cold room and cool room in showing centrigrade and ferenheit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing blower fan motor (outdoor unit) for 5 ton compressor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing three pole contactor suitable for 3 phase split type AC 5 Ton capacity including making necessary connection complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing drier of 5/8 inch type for cold storage plant complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing HP switch for 5 ton compressor for cold storage plant complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LP switch for 5 ton compressor for cold storage plant complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing nitrile insulation 7/8' (11x5 mtr) for insluating refrigerent flow copper tube complete all as directed.

Supply and charging of refrigerent gas R-134A for cold storage plant complete all as directed.

M&L for cool rool and cold room for maintaining 2 to 8 degree and 8 to 16 degree complete all as directed.

M&L for carrying out pressure test of the entire system connection to open type /sealed compressor unit and checking for leakage with filling nitrogen gas to required pressure rectify leakage and again testing to the entire satisfaction of GE complete all as directed.

M&L for repairing ceiling panel of cold room and providing proper insulation complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of rubber mounting pad for 11 outdoor unit as directed.

M&L for taking down unserviceable voltage stabilizer of 50 KVA from existing position and carrying to the workshop and inspection of winding / insulation of primary and secondery winding and reassambling of core and winding with new copper winding wire as per existing gauge, drying out in vacuum chember till specified IR value are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gusket, nut, bolts, checking of leakage and rectifing the same by wlding etc including replacement of rehostate 3 nos, power oil, switches and electronic parts and testing and reinstallation at cold storage plant with poper mounting and required connection and earthing connection as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Supply and fix of all materials such as winding, bushes, rehostate etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved LT Switch gear panel Indoor type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, free standing, factory fabricated, with locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 2mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade after seven tank treatment process. The panel shall be suitable for 415V, 50HZ 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with copper bus bar of capacity 125Amp of incoming switch gear fixed on porcelain base with suitable size of PVC copper strip, thimbles glands and shall be complete all as required and directed with the following accessories including PCC foundation and pillar. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for sand cushioning with clean dry sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand layer shall be measured abd paid to contractor.

M&L for Brick Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches with width equal to length of the bricks, above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of four core cable copper conductor PVC insulated multistranded sheathed 1100 Volt grade 4 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:3:6 type C- 1 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED not less than 18W surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver and making all necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED security lights not less than 20W with a single piece of pressure die cast aluminium housing and secondary optics and individual LEDs for a better light distribution and control with IP65 degree of protection and integrated driver with 10KV surge protection including GI bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade bend to shape of 120 degree with fixing accessories such as braket made out by GI strip ,nutts bolts and washer complete as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply and fix in replacement of distribution board 12way in sheet metal enclouser MCBs to be used triple pole and neutral 4 pole , 415 volts grade, IP 43 - #IK 09 with metal door with copper bus bar 300 Amps rated minimium , neutral link in vertical type fixing on surface of wall with mounting on suitable size hard wooden board with nuts, grouting bolts in surface of wall and washres or conceled insurface of wall including necessary plastering and others site works complete all as site requirement including making all incoming and outgoing connection using suitable size of lugs/ thimbling and jointing kit etc all as directed. Note :- Jointing kit with fixing charge shall be measured and paid serately.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level using GI earth GI strip 25 mm x 4mm to be fixexd by means of nuts bolts and washers etc. made out of galvanised iron and GI wire connected to main DBs including necessary excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 40 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe and 40 mm for strip, funnel, protection pipe, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc. and connecting up to main DBs complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part - 1 complete all specified and directed.
