Supply and fix in replacement 33kv Substation Tube Busbar with Clamping N Connector N Insulator , Solid, Overhead, Aluminum, as per ISO 9001 the tube aliminum alloy 6063 tube busbar of suitable size from 70 to 300, with suitable current carrying capacity of the conductor is from 630Amp to 6300Amp with complete set of clamping of tube busbar supporting insulator and T connector complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying in replacement of existing unserviceable control cable including laying or fixing with saddles or cable tie etc, jointing and testing LT PVC insulated copper conductor armoured electric power cable ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade of 2.5 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Filtration/dehydration of the existing transformer oil at site of any make of transformer and capacity up to required dielectric strength as per IE rules and refilling in the transformer up to required level complete all as specified and directed. (The dielectric strength shalld not be less than 50 KV after filtration process)

Taking out of HT cable 95 to185 Sqmm 3 core of any size from ground or poles etc and testing for serviceability and kept aside for reuse including proper rolling, loading unloading, transportation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work for the same shall be measured and paid separately.

Return back from OEM Workshop with Placement of transformer to its position at location under GE Dehradun after repair/ servicing/ rewinding of capacity 11/0.433 KV Reconnecting HV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections along with following other works like checking & testing of HT line / HT Cable, HT Switchgear etc. Note:- (a) All routine tests will be carried out at manufacturer works (b) Transformer will have warranty period of 6 months from the date of re-fixing at site. (c) UPCL authorised delaers/representative should be available at the time of commissioning of transformer. (d) Any other work required to carryout above job in inclusive.
