Dismantling of existing Collector Conveyor of length 12.6 m, 2 Nos. 90⁰ Power Curve, Transport Conveyor of length 5.2 m, Take-away Conveyor of length 10.3 m and Gravity Roller Conveyor of length 2 mtr including shifting of all dismantled materials to AAI stores etc. complete as required.

SITC of Departure belt Conveyor Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty slider bed conveyor for departure area as per lengths given below measured across the center line having frame 1050 mm (useful width not less than 1000 mm) of suitable height from finished floor level for easy handling passenger baggage weighing 60 kg. per linear mtr of size 120 cm x 90 cm x 45 cm at a speed of 25 mtr/minute complete with PVC belt on bed construction as specified including drive unit, end pulleys, take up pulley, side panels with 1.6 mm thick stainless steel in passenger area and 2 mm thick MS with epoxy painted/powder coated in non-passenger area, slider bed,power & control wiring with the existing departure control panel and all other accessories for successful commissioning of the conveyor as per length & specifications, drawings and as per existing system only for smooth functioning. i) 13.95 long Collector Conveyor. ii) 8.35 Mtr. long Transport Conveyor. iii) 13.00 Mtr. long Takeaway Conveyor.

Gravity Roller Conveyor: Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of epoxy painted/powder coated MS gravity roller structure of 2 mtrs. in length measured along the Centre line complete in all respects including frame section, SS Rollers, supports as per specifications /drawings as approved by Engineer -in-charge.

Departure check in weighable Conveyor: Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.2 Mtr long weighable conveyor complete with digital display weighing scale of minimum 200 kg. capcity including Calibration & stamping, suitable PVC belt, pulley fitted with bearing, in pillow block, return rollers, slider bed with usable width of 650 mm and side guard made of 1.6mm thik. SS sheet as required, overall width of 820mm x 1200mm long suitable capacity drive motor, coupled with gear motor assembly incluiding all electrical interconnections with the existing departure control panel, operatable with foot switch etc. complete as required.

Existing Departure check in weighable Conveyor: Dismantling, re-installation, testing and commissioning of existing 1.2 Mtr long weighable conveyor complete with digital display weighing scale of minimum 200 kg. capcity, suitable PVC belt, pulley fitted with bearing, in pillow block, return rollers, slider bed with usable width of 650 mm and side guard made of 1.6mm thik. SS sheet as required, overall width of 820mm x 1200mm long suitable capacity drive motor, coupled with gear motor assembly incluiding all electrical interconnections with the existing departure control panel, operatable with foot switch etc. complete as required.

Replacement of suitable PVC belt for the existing 1.2mtr long weighable conveyor etc complete as required.

Departure check in Despatch Conveyor: Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 Mtr long inject conveyor complete with suitable PVC belt, pulley fitted with bearing, in pillow block, return rollers, slider bed with usable width of 650 mm side guard of SS sheet made of 1.6 mm thk and overall width of 820 mm x 1.2 Mtrs. with suitable capacity drive motor, gear box assembly including all electrical interconnection with the existing departure control panel etc. complete as required.

Existing Departure check in Despatch Conveyor: Dismantling, re-installation, testing and commissioning of existing 1.5 Mtr long inject conveyor complete with suitable PVC belt, pulley fitted with bearing, in pillow block, return rollers, slider bed with usable width of 650 mm side guard of SS sheet made of 1.6 mm thk and overall width of 820 mm x 1.2 Mtrs. with suitable capacity drive motor, gear box assembly including all electrical interconnection with the existing departure control panel etc. complete as required.

Replacement of suitable PVC belt for the existing 1.5mtr long Despatch conveyor etc. complete as required.

Trans-installation, testing and Commissioning of 06 Nos. Essae make Digital Display units alongwith Weighing scale platforms with load cells and other associated cables & accessories from Calicut Airport to Rajahmundry Airport in good condition for replacing existing Mettler toledo make Digital Display weighing scales at Rajahmundry Airport including calibration & stamping, transportation, Packing & frieght charges etc. complete as required.(Note: As due date of stamping was over, necessary penlty charges if any at the time of stamping also shall be borne by the contractor)

DRAUGHT CURTAIN : Supply and replacement of draught curtain cover the opening of conveyor belt fabricated with 3 mm thick Nylon rubber flaps, to be fixed to the existing SS flat strip as per the size of shutter opening etc. complete as required for the minimum opening size : 1.5 mtrs (L) x 1.35 mtrs (W).

Arrival Feeder Conveyor: Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty slider bed conveyor for Arrival area as per lengths given below measured across the center line having frame 1050 mm (useful width not less than 1000 mm) and 400 mm height from finished floor level for easy handling passenger baggage weighing 60 kg. per linear mtr of size 120 cm x 90 cm x 45 cm at a speed of 21 mtr/minute complete with PVC belt on bed construction as specified including drive unit, end pulleys, take up pulley, 2 mm thick epoxy painted/powder coated MS Side panels in non-passenger area, slider bed, control wiring, electrical interconnections and all other accessories for successful commissioning of the conveyor as per length & specification, drawings for smooth functioning. i) 1.9 Mtr. long.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of additional Control Box for accommodating 2 Nos. Electrical feeder for 2Nos. 1.9 Mtr. long Arrival feeder Slider bed belt conveyor and integration with existing Arrival Control panel including necessary cabling, earthing etc. Each Panel comprising of followings: Incomer: 415 Volts, TPNMCCB of breaking capcity 25KA. Each out going feeder: i) MPCB of suitable current rating & breaking capacity of 10 KA for each Motor. ii) DOL Starter with over load protection. if any components as required for smooth functioning of operation shall be provided.
