Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking outjoints 12 mm Deep and removing the debris within 50 m leads etc complete .

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade to new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint & all labour , taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge..

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of distemperand labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the directoin of theEIC

Painting two coats with any approved type of paint over on the new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12 mm size c.b.g chips including cost of all materials with labour charges etc complete.

Hoisting joints and trusses and placing in position including cost and conveyance M.S. Angle ,Trusses etc complete.

Fitting ,fixing A.C. sheet/GCI Sheet including cost conveyance of A.C sheet with all labour charges etc complete.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9" thick to the required level including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Brick work with C.B. bricks having crusing strength between 75kg/cm2 in cement motar (1:6) with cost,coveyance,royality watering & curing etc. complete.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side surface of 9”/10” thick brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing including cost and conveyance of all materials ,all labours ,all taxes with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of 9”/10” thick brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing including cost and conveyance of all materials ,all labours ,all taxes with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) in foundation and plinth using 20 cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete to the required level including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.
