Special Eligibility Criteria

   Conditions of eligibility: (a) The tenderer must have supplied at least 01 no. of Computerized Load Sending Device or APM or ERV test bench (or) similar nature of computerized test benches for Air brake equipment in last 05 years to Indian Railways (or) any other Central (or) State Organizations (or) PUs of Central or State Govt. undertakings. (b) Documentary evidence i.e., Copies Purchase orders, supply, installation and successful Commissioning reports issued by the above organizations must be furnished along with their offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders. The offers without the documentary evidence shall be rejected summarily.

   THIRD PARTY INSPECTION (TPI)

   a) Security Deposit (SD) for Stores Contracts will be applicable as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (a) The Security Deposit amount shall be 5% of the value of the contract subject to Maximum of Rs. 50 lakhs. (b) There shall be no exemption from submission of Security Deposit (SD) for any tender or by any tenderer except exemptions as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (c) In case of failure by contractor to meet deliveries for any lot, Railways may cancel the contract for defaulted part by forfeiting SD commensurate to that lot. Wherever SD has been exempted, for any reason, and the supplier fails to supply goods as per conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by way of penalty, an amount equal to SD amount, as would have been applicable if the contract was with a non exempted vendor.
