100 mm dia. CIDF single door Swing Non Return Valve of PN-1.0 rating conforming to IS : 5312 part 1, having body door, cover in graded cast iron to IS : 210 Gr FG 200, body and door rings & bearing block of leaded tin bronze to IS : 318 Gr. LTB to ( 350 mm. & above), hinge pin of st.AISI 410, valve suitable for maximum working pressure 10 kg/cm2 (seat test) and body tested to 15/24 kg/cm2.

100 mm Cast Iron Wafer type butterfly valve as per BS-5155, having body of cast iron as per IS 210 gr FG-260 disc of SS Gr CF-8, Shaft of Stainless Steel AISI-410, "O" ring for shaft seal of Nitrile rubber,valves are suitable for PN 1.0 Rating Valves are operated by suitable rotork range (three phase 415 V) multi turn electrical actuator without starter.

200 mm Cast iron doubled flanged non rising spindle sluice valve conforming to IS 14846 having body door/dome/bonnet and cover of cast iron Gr FG 260, outside screen rising Spindle of IS 6603 Gr-12 cr-13 , spindle nut and seat rings are Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV and VI , Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 16 Kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15/24 Kg/cmsq .

Supply, delivery & fabrication at site of MS Pipe with delivery pipe of 100 mm (DN 100 medium class thickness 4.50 mm and length 15 mtr) & common header of 200 mm (DN 200 medium class thickness 4.775 mm and length 15 mtr) by providing all required materials to complete the pipe line as per NIT Specification.

Supply Delivery and strorage at site bourdon type syphone arrangement Compound gauges 150 mm dia cast Aluminium Dial with, SS internal, DN 15 GI impulse line with three way cock as per NIT Compound gauges for pump suction line for clear water Pumps. (1) Range +1 to -1 KSCG.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.

Installation of all items including erection materials, MS fabricated pipe supports, valve supports etc. as required for installation of Pumping Machinery up to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification. Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Making Earthing Arrangement

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts long and 1 x 19/8 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 25mm dia x 150 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earthelectrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep(below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6)of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm withlocking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Making internal wiring/electrification of the Meter house by (2x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core PVC insulated multistrand FRLSH Grade flexible copper wire through 20 mm PVC conduit pipe/casing by supplying required module PVC Board & piano key type switch. (ave. run 6 mtr). i) LED Tube set point-2 nos., Lamp light point- 2 no., 5 pin 6 Amps. Plug point- 2 no., with necy. earthing arrangement & one fan point (Total point 5 nos. points) including drawing power by suitable gauge (2.5 mm² of copper wire from Mcc panel to DB and for 3nos external lighting arrangement through 20 mm PVC casing capping (precision make) as per direction of EIC wiring should be with continuous earthing arrangement and 20W Two nos. 4 ft long LED tube light sets,9W 2nos. LED lamp , one no. 0-4 step fan with regulator (Humfree) etc to be supplied by agency and 1no 74watt LED fixture with arm bracket at outside.

Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like Fire Extinguisher, shock treatment chart and first aid box,11000 volt danger board complete

Supply and delivery of following materials

i) Supplying and fixing 125A,415V,FP on load front Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on flat iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc

ii) Supplying and fixing 415V, 125A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on /angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.

iii) Supplying & fixing 125A,415V,4 Barsheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required – ( As per Drawing no. 470 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991)(4 X 15 X 3 mm, Box - 500mm X 150 mm) per direction of the EIC.

Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above Voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts(If required) and plaster with neat cement finish as per direction of E.I.C.

Installation of the above voltage stabilizer of item on the foundation including all connection complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Making Earthing Arrangement-

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above groundlevel driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe .

Compound Light

Supply & delivery at site of 9mtrs long steel tubular pole(410 SP-26)( Bottom- 114.3 X 4.5)(Middle- 88.9 x4.05)(Top - 76.1 x 3.25)(Asper PWD Schedule) including supply & fixing of single arm header of 40 mm dia and 1.5 m long .CI base plate , CI cap etc.

Erection of 9Mtr Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x750 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt and earthing arrangement by 8SWG GI Wire,after making drilled holes etc. on pole including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Extra on items 2 above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.45x0.45x0.60 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) suitable for alkathene/ polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring, incl. S & F 20cmx15cmx10cm GI Loop box, 16SWG & incl. drilled hole in pole

Supply and fitting-fixing of 150 watt LED fixtures (Model- BRP360 LED 213 CW HO SLC S1 PSU GR of Philips / similar spec of other approved make ) on the top of the pole.It includes the cost of hiring of ladder and making necessary interconnection complete by supplying of suitable gauge Cu wire as per direction of EIC

Earthing with 1 no. of G.I. earth spike ( 20 mm dia X 1.5 mtre. Long ) driven into the ground upto 2 mtr. Drawing earth lone with separate 6 SWG . G.I. Wires providiing 15 mm dia G.I. pipe protection from earth spike feeder bos / junction box / poles andfixing to the same by suitable nuts & bolts all comete as per direction of EIC.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint

A) 1st coat of aluminium paint over RO priming

B) 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat

Testing & Commissioning the Voltage Stabilizer along with other electrical equipment’s to ensure performance of the newly procured / installed equipment’s in running satisfactorily as per direction of E.I.C.

Trial operation & maintenance of the above installation on 24 hours basis including guarding after commissioning.

Supply, delivery and storage at site of wall mounted vacuum operated gaseous chlorinator, capacity 0 - 1 kg/hr with all equipment, instrument and accssories including 4 (Four) nos. 100 Kg cylinders (2W+2S) and Neutralisation Pit arrangement as per NIeT specification Make : Wallace & Tiernan (Evoqua) / Capital Control / CAPCO TC & GC to be submitted during delivery of materials. [Make and drawing to be approved from E.I.C before placement of order ]

Installation the components as described in sl. No. 1.00 as per technical specification including supply of all erection materials, providing dosing point on the rising main by making required size of hole, clamping the dosing unit including drawing power line to booster pumps and leak detector with necessary earthing as per I.E. rules upto the satisfaction of E.I.C.

Construction of neutralization pit having size (2mtrX1.5mtr.X1.5mtr)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of Caustic Soda Flakes as per IS-252-2013 (@300 kg/site)

Supply, delivery at site of 1 no 100 Amp. T.P.N. Main switch with re-wireable Fuse system with iron frame and fixing the same on wall by supplying necessary fixing materials for receiving 3 phase power connection from Pump house along with supplying and drawing of 4 core, 25 sq mm Al. Armoured cable from 100 amp Main Switch to control panel (approx 15 mtr.) as required.

(avg. run 5 mtr)- 18watt wall mounted LED Batten- 3 nos, 9W LED lamp-2 nos, 36 W LED luminarie (BRP 046) OR equivalent and same techinal specification, 5pin 5Amp Plug point, 240V 48"(1200mm) sweep BEE 3 star rating(minimum) AC ceiling fan with electronic step regulator-1 no., Two no Exhaust fan point (Total point 7nos. with one plug point) including drawing power by suitable gauge Cu.wire from panel board to DP MCB as per direction of EIC (fittings should be of Philips make & rising should be with continuous earthing arrangement)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil

Trial operation, maintanance of the entire system by engaging 2 nos. operating personnel for 3(three) months. (Wages to be given to the operator on prevealing rate i.e. (Rs. 404/- + 8.33% bonus)/day as on the day of operation icluding bonus.)
