Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etcetra, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material. Within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter) nominal size), in or under water in Retaining walls/Breast walls and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 1200 and 1600 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5, complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 401 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in foundation and plinth above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate isincluding Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) for all types of structure and in Catchpit flooring etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel of TATA/SAIL as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement isto five sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on neew concrete /masonary/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as rquired as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement (Birla white/JK) /based putty of average thickness 1mm (One millimetre) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of (Nerolac/Asian/Dulux/Berger) approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer to give an even shade complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 60 mm ( Sixty millimetre )as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
