RequiredInsurance safety Bond Demand Draft Account Payee Banker s Cheque FDR Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD in favour of Executive Engineer E , MCED-III, CPWD, Mumbai.
RequiredGST registration Certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking on the letterhead of the bidder along with bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I we shall be responsible

RequiredSelf Attested copies of Certificates of work experience of the similar work in Government Department Semi-Govt. Undertaking. Experience certificate shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent clearly indicating 1.Name of work 2. Scope of Work 3. Agreement No. 4. Estimated Cost 5. Tendered Cost 6. Final Value of Work Done 7. Date of Start 8. Stipulated date of Completion 9. Actual date of completion etc. In case some of above said details are not
Requiredmentioned in the Completion certificate, the firm shall attach ample proof in support of above details.
RequiredRegistration certificate of establishment issued by local body as per Maharashtra shops and establishment Act 1948 or Udyam MSME.

RequiredValid Registration certificate of vehicle vehicle should not be older then 2022, valid vehicle insurance and valid pollution certificate of vehicle.
