Repair and Maintenance work of Residential Building S.H.O. PS Jawali (Under Deposit).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etcetera complete and stacking within all lead as per entire satisfaction, and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :for fixed portion anodized aluminum (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including royality charges, octroi, GST, Toll tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etcetera with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etcetera with float glass panes of 4 mm (Four Milimetre) thickness (weight not less than10.00 kg/ sqm) (Ten kilogram per square metre) . complete as per the architectural, design, drawings, specification, as per direction of the Engineer in charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etcetera complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including royality , octroi, GST, Toll tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm (Twelve milimetre to twenty milimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters (two point five square metre) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one milimetre) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including royality , octroi, GST, Toll tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with weather proof emulsion paint of Asian / Dulux / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved shade having VOC less than 50 gm/litre (Fifty grams per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied at the rate of 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm (One point four three litre per ten square metre) . Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at the rate of 0.90 litre/10 sqm (Zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre), as per approved drawing, design, specifications, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade old work (one or more coats applied at the rate of 2.20 kg/10 sqm (two decimal two zero kilogram per ten square metre) over priming coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.80 litrs/10 sqm (zero decimal eight zero litre per ten square metre) complete including cost of Priming coat as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing cup board shutters 25 mm (twenty five milimetre) thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade l Type ll), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25mm (twenty five milimetre)wide x12 mm (twelve milimetre) thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
