Designing Constructing Commissioning A RCC (M-30) with water proofing Anoxic Tank of size (minimum) 12 .0 m(Dia) X 4.5m (SWD)+0.50m(FB) before the MBBR Tanks with mechanical mixer as per proposed location shown in tentative layout along with inlet channel from grit chamber and outlet pipe/channel to MBBR tanks.

Designing Constructing Commissioning A RCC (M-30) with water proofing Clear Water Tank of size (minimum) 8m (Dia) X 4m(SWD)+0.50m(FB) after the Secondary Clarifier as per proposed location shown in tentative layout.

Designing Constructing Commissioning A RCC (M-30) with water proofing Chlorination Tank of size (minimum) 9m(L) X 3m(W) X 2m(SWD)+0.50m(FB) with complete chlorination system based on Chlorine Gas treating 4.5 MLD flow on average after the clear water tank as per proposed location shown in tentative layout.

Designing Constructing Commissioning A Shed of size (minimum area) 15m(L) X 10m(W) its central height is 5m with plinth level of 0.55m from GL near the clear water tank as per proposed location shown in tentative layout.

Designing Constructing Commissioning A RCC (M-30) with water proofing Treated Water Tank of size (minimum) 4.5m(L) X 4m(W) X 3m(SWD) + 0.50m(FB) at the outlet of dual media pressure filters as per proposed location shown in tentative layout.

Providing Cement painting of all units of STP.

Providing Painting and white washing of existing building shall be done including boundary walls, gates etc.

Designing Erecting Commissioning of Coarse Screen of size 3.25m(L)X0.41m(W)X0.6m(SWD)+ 0.30m(FB) . The material of construction for screen shall be SS-316 flat. The screening shall have 40 mm clear spacing & thickness of plate shall not be less than 10 mm.

Designing Erecting Commissioning of Mechanical Fine Screen (Auto Clean). The material of construction for screen shall be SS-316 flat. The screening shall have 5 mm clear spacing & thickness of plate shall not be less than 2 mm.

Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of dual media pressure filters of Dia 2.4m and Height 1.8m with filtering rate 15m3/m2/hr along with arrangements & maintenance of filters along with delivery pipe special valves after the chlorination tank. (4W+1S)

Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of raw sewage lifting submersible pumps of 100m3/hr@15MWC capacity along with arrangements & maintenance of pumps along with delivery pipe special valves at the pumping station. (5W+1S)

Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of internal recirculation submersible pumps of 180m3/hr@8MWC capacity along with arrangements & maintenance of pumps along with delivery pipe special valves at the proposed anoxic tank. (2W+1S)

Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of return activated sludge (RAS) pumps of 37.5m3/hr@8MWC capacity along with arrangements & maintenance of pumps along with delivery pipe special valves at the secondary clarifier. (2W+1S)

Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of thickened sludge pumps of 15 m3/hr@10MWC capacity along with arrangements & maintenance of pumps along with delivery pipe special valves at the sludge thickener. (2W+1S)

Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of air blowers of 1000m3/[email protected]/cm2g capacity along with arrangements & maintenance of blowers along with delivery pipe special valves for MBBR tanks. (2W+1S)

Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of backwash pump of 80m3/hr@15MWC capacity along with arrangements & maintenance of pumps along with delivery pipe special valves at the treated water tank for backwashing of dual media pressure filters. (2W+1S)

Supplying Testing Commissioning of Bio media in the existing MBBR tanks for achieving the targeted treated effluent parameters. The new media shall provided of PVC/Poly Propylene /Polyethylene with 0.96 gm/cm2 specific gravity non degradable & UV stabilized. The material of media should be virgin. The media quantity shall be adequate to provide sufficient surface area for maintaining the microbial strength. The BOD5 loading on media shall not be taken more than 3 Kgs/100m2 of surface area of MBBR media/day. The surface area of media to be used for designing purpose shall be considered not less than 250 m2/m3 of approved make and certificate of the manufacturer shall be submitted. The quantity of media in the MBBR tanks will be 30% of the volume of MBBR tanks The sample of media shall be drawn by concerned Superintending Engineer PHED Circle, & Executive Engineer, PHED or his authorized representative & samples shall draw so be got verified from OEM. Note: The bio media shall be guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of minimum 10 years.

Supplying Erecting Commissioning of complete scrapping system with walkway for both Secondary Clarifier and Sludge Thickener.

Supplying Erecting Commissioning Complete chlorination system based on Chlorine Gas treating 7 MLD flow on average

Providing sludge recirculation pipe and Anoxic recirculation pipe

Repairing/Replacement of miscellaneous items such as wall/pipes etc. as and where required.

Repairing/replacing of sluice valves and other valves

Repairing/replacing electrical tray and electrical panels and lighting system on the site.

Supplying Erecting testing & Commissioning of Screw Pump complete for lifting of thickened sludge to sludge drying beds screw pumps of suitable capacity shall be provided in the thickened sludge pump house complete in all respects. The pump shall conform to the specifications as mentioned under mechanical items. Each pump will have valves & specials as mentioned (1W+1SB)

Supplying Erecting testing & Commissioning of Filtrate Cum Scouring Pumps for lifting of Filtrate to Receiving Chamber Non Clog Submersible Pumps of 50 M3/Hr at 10 MWC capacity shall be provided at the Filtrate cum Scouring Sump complete in all respects. The pump shall conform to the specification as mentioned under mechanical items. Each pump will have valves & specials as mentioned.(1W+1SB)

Supplying Erecting testing & Commissioning of Mixer at Anoxic Tank 8 Hp at 30 RPM unit with 120” dia meter RL-3 down pumping impeller (1W+1SB)
