M&L for cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of sunken slab using wire brushing followed by sanding with emery paper for loose materials/dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or techno commercially equivalent of any make specified) solution/mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardner part and mix thoroughly to attain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ratio 1 part Base: 1 part Hardner: 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/final coat) including curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete including applying evenly a coat of blown bitumen @ 1.5 kg/sqm over entire treated surfaces including spout holes complete all as specified, directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

S & F for energy efficient exhaust fan of 300mm sweep made of metal body ventil Air-DS type with louvers with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm lomg 12 mm dia embedded in wall including provision of PVC flexible Copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base compelte all as specified (Note:- cost of suitable opening in wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).
