Annual Term Tender for supply of Manpower for Solid Waste Management service to Town Municipal Council, Shiralakoppa on Out Source Basis

The Bidder should have minimum three years of experience up to 2024-25 in providing Manpower Services i.e. at least 21 persons or manpower service amounting to 56.50 lakhs for Solid Waste Management Services like collection, transportation, loading, sweeping, processing and disposal etc to Government of Karnataka /Government of India/ PSUs/Government Local Bodies, Boards and Government Autonomous Institutions etc in each year. The bidder should submit satisfactory performance certificate/workdone/work completion certificate issued by competent authority

The Bidder should submit valid Registration Certificate under Employees State Insurance Act (ESI ACT). Previous years statements, yearly returns submitted to Employee State Insurance (ESI) authorities (upload last 5 years, year wise ESI returns details). The Bidder should have proof of total minimum of Rs 1.84 lakhs return to ESI in any two years of previous five years.

The Bidder should submit valid Provident Fund Registration Certificate issued by the Regional Provident Fund Officer. (Upload last 5 years, year wise statement of yearly returns submitted to PF authorities.). The Bidder should have proof of total minimum of Rs 11.50 lakhs return to PF in any two years of previous 5 years.

The bidder should submit line of credit for Rs. 17.00 Lakhs in prescribed format

The Bidder should have total turnover of at least Rs. 56.50 Lakhs in any two years during last five years. The bidder should submit proof of Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

The Bidder should submit valid Registration Certificate of Establishment from Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka (copies certified by competent Government authority of the same should be uploaded).

The Bidder should not ever have been declared as ineligible or blacklisted under corruption and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka / Government of India / Government Institutions etc., The Bidder should swear an Affidavit to this effect on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 500. If it is found that the applicant has hidden any such fact at any stage, the contract shall be cancelled and penalty imposed as well as action as per law shall be taken for falsification of affidavit

The bidder should submit valid ISO 45001 certificate
