Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared nonbituminous surfaces (granular surfaces) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base with 30/40 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous (VG-10) binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static rollers to achieve the desired compaction, finished to required level and grades as per specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.
