Earth work in excavation buy mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by the Engineer in-charge including cost of all tools and plants, labour charges etc. complete.

Provision for carefully removing the existing laterite masonry of temple tank and document the same also to stack the stones for reusing including cost of all labour charges etc. complete.

Dry rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation to the all-around tank wall and side filling including cost of through and bond stones, labour charges etc. complete. (Drawing attached)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate including the cost of centering, shuttering, laying in position, finishing and excluding the cost of reinforcement- All work up to plinth level in CC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including hire charges of concrete mixer and labour charges etc. complete.

Supply, straightening, cutting, bending and tying steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete in two layers with best approved quality TMT bars of Grade Fe 500 D 12 mm dia main bars and 10 mm dia distributors with a maximum spacing of 20 cm c/c including cost of all materials and bar bending charges including straightening, bending, placing in position and cost of binding wires and binding charges etc. complete. Construction of Laterite stone masonry in Lime Mortar 1:2 using hard variety Laterite stone blocks of average size 29x24x14 cm as per the original shape and style with lime mortar matching with suitable colour oxides and as per the standard specifications as directed including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Recess pointing with lime mortar 1:2 with suitable colour oxides after thoroughly cleaning the joints including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
