M & L for making V grooves of 10 mm wide and 30 mm deep or upto the extend of joint at lower corner jointing surface of the swimming pool and balancing chamber (appx size 3.5 m Dia,and 6.5 m depth) fix 120-220 Nos of nozzles complete grouting for all nozzles including providing grouting slurry, pumping to be continue till slurry comes out from near by nozzles. Blocked the nozzle with nozzle cap apply first coat acrylic cementitous coating Sika top seal/aqua armtank coat and spread glass fiber net also complete 2 nd and 3 rd coat over this glass fiber net in perpendicular with each other and maintain a gap of 24 hrs between 2 nd and 3 rd coat. (Note:- Other items like Topseal 107, sikaguard 67 etc will be measure and paid seperately under relevant items.)

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterlization inside the overhead resivere of 100000 Gallons capacity through bacterological treatment by using TERBACK G5, TERBACK G10 , TERBACKG 65 and UV RAY by involving the following seven (7) stages of cleaning process including cleaning the external surfaces, structure for all scales and other particles any algae, hives and any type of vegetation or any other type of unwanted matters and repairs to internal/external cracks, small holes with cement and sand mortar (1:4) max upto one sqft and applying one coat of white wash to internal surface when became dry and two coat of white wash to external surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Seven (7) stages of cleaning process: (a) First stage is to draining out the reserved water by using exit valve or high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by using TERBACK G10 Chemical complete. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Fourth stage is first bacteria screening i.e. de-germification by using TERBACK G5 chemical complete. (e) Fifth stage is Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner and sludge sucker maximum 1200W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor to make sump free of any foreign and loose particles of any nature. (f) Sixth stage is second bacteria screening and sterlisation method by using UV RAYS by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of sterlization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall portable and effective for sterlization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria). (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third screening is to sterilize the floor and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65 or equivalent any non toxic biodegradable eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent certified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogans. (Note: (i) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at all stipulated rate. (iii) ''Date of cleaning'' should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100mm height. (iii) All safety equipments required like safety helmets, Gumboots, safety belt, mask, safety googles and necessary insurance for safety of working labours to execute the work is responsibility of the contractor and rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. (iv) Contractor will submit Govt.laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G5, TERBAC-G10 and TERBAC G65.(v) Cement sand mortar work more than 1 Sqft will be mesured and paid separately.(vi) Cleaning and sterilization and other tank interior work to be completed by authorized agency.)

M&L for two coats of SikaTopseal 107 or Aqua Arm Top Guard inside of the wall & floor of the tank, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating. First Coat should be applied horizontzlly and second coat should be applied verticallyThe thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Rate quoted is including necessary scaffolding required for the said work.)

M&L for applying two coats Sikagard 67 or Aqua Arm Tank Coat, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside. Apply the first coat by brush allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2nd coat and allow it to cure complete 24 hrs. The coating shall be applied using brush application. The Thickness after two coating should not be less than 500 microns complete all as specified and directed.

M &L For cleaning of pump hoses OH /UG sump surounding area by space excavation upto 2 CM depth including removing shrubs, grass, miniplants, small bushes, branches of trees and other unwanted materials/stones etc and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surface plastered or unplastered on old external surace complete removal of existing treatment and appling two coats of weather proof exterior emulson paint over one coat of primer including complete removal of existing paint, including two coats of synthetic enamel black paint on ladder, writing of date of cleaning in white paint over black back grond paint for space marking of arrows or all raising/delivery/washout/overflow pipes and necessary form work and scaffolding complete (up to height 20 mtr ) for following capacity of RCC overhead tanks complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering, Cleaning and maintenance the swimming pool with balancing chamber, clarifiers complete with approved make of pool cleaner upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable and supplied and fixed tiles of size suitable for swimming pool as approved by Engr-in-Charge with necessey adhesive compound on vertical (i.e in wall ) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down Cast Iron/ Ductile Iron water mains of size 100mm bore, any class (incl all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation of earth works shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F of Sluice valve of size 100 mm dia, both end flanged with CI operating wheel, stain less steel spindle etc as per latest IS specification, Class PN - 1.6 including necessary jointing and jointing materials such as gasket, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete including taking out unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100mm dia GI tubings (medium grade) with all fittings laid in trenches and connection complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation of earth work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of GI / CI pipe line and making bottom surfaces of excavation levelled and to a gradient as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.
