M&L for pre cast PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) solid block masonry exc 10cm in width or girth and setting CM (1:6) including demolition of PCC as in block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete masonry wall surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound.( WPC shall be measured and paid separately) incl taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc Complete incl Applying two coats of cement base paint of any colour or tint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L For Preparing Old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor any type and any position and paving including PCC tiles any type n exc 15cm (below or above GL) all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick, cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors & pavings, plinth protection, path, etc. finishing top surface even and Smooth with using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick, type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base, complete all as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota slab flooring 18 to 20mm thickness over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to matches the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing,and 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes including Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota slab skirting 16 to 18mm thickness over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to matches the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as for backing coat of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of plain/corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.
