Transformer and ACB Installation Work

Cartage of the following material by private truck from store centre Rudrapur /Haldwani/ Kashipur to work site dump store approx. distance 10 to 80 Km. including loading into truck and unloading at Dump store.

Cartage and Head Load Cartage of ACB From dump Store to work site approx. distance 5 Km. including loading and unloading.

Construction of Transformer Plinth with size 2x2x1.1 meter above ground level and 0.6 mtr below level including the cost of material such as cement brick, ballast, sand etc. including Labour Charges in Direction of Engineer In-Charges Complete works as per Specification of UPCL.

Providing and fixing of wire mesh of size 50x35 mm around plinth and toe wall duly welded with frame of MS angle iron 35x35x6 mm and strip of size 35x6 mm in mid of each side along with wire mesh (width of wire mesh 1.5 meter) with the height of 0.5 meter above the plinth 2 meter above the toe wall complete in all respect as per specification of UPCL.

Dismentling of the Following Transformer Form Various work Site of Double Pole Structure complete in all respect.

Installation of LT Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) LT Distribution Board complete in all respects i.e, disconnection of existing cable from DTR Terminal and Metering Cubicals, fixing of new additional cable in ACB LT Distribution board, Testing and comissining of ACB connection, complete in all respect.

Supply & Installation of Chemical Earthing to Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) Completed in direction of Engineer In- Charges Completed works in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Laying of LT XLPE Cable 1x240 sq mm in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

AMC of ACB Only for Ist Year after Installation and expiry of warranty of One Year incl spare parts (3% value of ACB) L/S.

Earthing of DTR Neutral/Body with M.S. earthing rod 20×2500 mm for earthing of support as per RESPO drawing No. RES-12 including digging earth rod 2.5 m deep below ground level connected to support with earth wire 7/16 swg fixing of all accessories complete in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.
