Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation/ for laying of cable etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as per item No 1 above but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M&L for road cutting of size n'exc 20cm width and n'exc 60cm depth for laying of cable including making good the road with PCC (1:2:4) type B! complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing (GI Pipe) and connections of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing (GI Pipe) light grade (ISI marked) with all fittings as in sleeving for cable protection & laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall, ceiling and pole of following bore complete as specified and directed :- Note : MS Clamp, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperatly for fixing with pole etc.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover of class HVP, type-1 with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (ISI marked) for protection of UG cable over sand cushoniing laid in trenches with axis of the cover perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F/Laying, connecting and testing of HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11KV (Earthed) as per IS 7098 (Part-II) with stranded aluminium conductor of following size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- 1. The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. 2. Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc.

Supplying, transporting, erection & fixing of new steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55, (11.00 metres long), with cast iron base plate 6mm thick, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws complete as specified with and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embeded in PCC with and including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles (Pit size 1.2 x 0.6m), PCC 1:3:6 type 'C2' (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations of size 600 X 600 X 1985 mm below GL, PCC 1:2:4 type "B2' (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth block (coping) of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm above GL , removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, and writing numbers of poles in 100 mm dia yellow colour circle with black paint including 30 cm wide alternate black bands (03 Nos) upto 1.5 height from top of coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete including haunching against pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of existing steel 11 mtr tubular pole structure cleaning by scraping and applying two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide including painting to cross arms and clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation, testing of 11 KV outdoor type gang operated triple pole air break switch suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulators 44 amps rating before installation merge the insulators in water and meggaring the insulators for testing 11000 volt meggar provided by contractor and steel frame mechanically operated mechanism consisting of operating rod 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50 mm x 6 mm size including bolts MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washers as in repair complete all as specifed and directed.
