M&L for allinging of lifting arrangment, Beam type, 5 Ton capacity,collecting the lifting arrengement from storage shed, transport to civil workshop, dismantling the lifting arrangement, allinging the beam by hydroulic press, rewelding the web with necessary reinforcment, refixing the chain with replacing weak link, replacing 4 nos hook locking arrengments, testing with full load for deflection, balancing test, painting with fire retartant paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for periodic inspection/ servicing of travel trolley of capacity 10 Ton.

(i) Inspecting the alignment of motor ,gear box assembly

(ii) Topping up gear oil in gear box, inspecting leakage, replacing oil seal if required, oil shall be measured and paid separately

Supply & replacement of roller shutter motor with integral electrical actuataded breaking system, manual operating system with chain,sutable gear box, motor capacity 1hp, 415 volt, 3 phase,suitable for shadder make rakash complete all as specfified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of roller shutter motor with mechanism,manual operating system complete all as directed with following work

(a) motor,gearbox with break assembly

(i) Inspecting the alignment of motor ,gear box assembly

(ii) inspecting pandent with switchs

(iii) Adjecting break, inspecting electric connection etc.

Supply and fix, in repairs, flame proof limit switch with lever, for LT/CT motion suitable for 3 Ton/5 Ton capacity EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, in repairs, flame proof limit switch suitable for electrically operated door of capacity 8Ton, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, in repairs, brake liner of LT / CT/hoist brake drum, of 100mm/150mm dia and 8-10mm thickness, suitable for 3 Ton/5 Ton capacity EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in repairs, push button with NO + NC contact, switch spring type, in red/ green/ blue colour, suitable for 3 to 5 Ton capacity EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in repairs, Ground motion control panel locking switch (Emergency switch) , key operated , suitable for flame proof EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix/lay, in any position, PVC insulated PVC sheathed fire retardant multistranded copper conductor cable,4 core 2.5 sq mm size, with all lugs, thimbles, fixing arrangement etc. and testing after laying, including disconnecting & taking down of existing unserviceable cable from existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix wheel bearing for LT & CT side EOT crane up to 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for scrapping and cleaning with wire brushes the old painted steel surfaces of EOT crane of capacity up to 5 Ton, Long span upto 38 m with guide rails and all exposed parts of crane of any description including removing the oil and grease stains using cleaning agents and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (golden yellow) by spraying method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S & F in replacement 440V/110V trasformer suitable for 2 ton to 10 ton EOT crane fix in panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for MS Flats and angle iron work for making of ladders and handles made up of MS round bars grouted in wall including welding and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. ( Note : Job and minor items such as PCC for concrete footing, grout pad , anchor rods, base plates etc for grouting in wall and surface shall be included in the quoted rates of above item.)

Supply and fix, in repairs, plummer block with bearing complete, suitable for LT/ CT motion of 5 Ton capacity EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of flame proof push button pendent for all motions of crane including micro motion of 2 to 10 Ton capacity EOT crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Gear oil 20W 90 OMD for top upping/replacing/taken on E/M store,Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Oil supplied by contractor shall be taken on charge and shall be issued to contractor for topping up when required.

Dismantling, takingdown and M&L new wheels of Long Travel/cross travel 160mm dia of Flame proof EOT crane 2 to 5 Ton capacity with galvanised coating including other necessary nut. bolts, T & P required at site for replacement of wheels including testing and commissioning. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Carry out load test on (Deflection) EOT Crane under 100% of full load capacity of crane on hoisting, long & cross travel, micro checking in performance including loading, unloading, Transportation, handling and returning the test load obtained from concerned unit for EOT crane capacity up to 5Ton EOT Crane (Mobile Crane, Truck & Trailer arranged by contractor) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no 35 above but 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & replacement of single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing U/s male-female combination of crane socket from existing position and replace the same with flame proof rotary switches 32 Amp with cable termination Box in LM-6 for 5 Ton capacity EOT crane and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in repairs, MCB TPN 40 Amp rating, ‘C’ Series, 10 KA breaking capacity, suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 39 above but TP, 32 Amp rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F ungalvanised wire rope of 12 mm dia and 6x36 construction suitable hoist application for crane of 5 Ton capacity. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for periodic inspection/servicing, to be carried out in every three months, and making/keeping the cranes serviceable, for cranes/mono rail crane of 2 Ton/ 3 Ton/5 Ton/10Ton capacity installed in various sheds, including the following:- (i) LONG/CROSS TRAVERSE & HOIST MOTION (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Checking of Assembly vibration (c) Brake adjustment (d) Checking of Long/cross traverse wheel for any noise/malfunctioning (e) Checking grease of Geared couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (f) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil. (Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (g) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (h) Checking the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (j) Checking and greasing of plumber block.

(k) Checking of main bearings of the Rope Drum including greasing the same of hoist motion. (l) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing the rope of hoist motion. (m) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (n) Checking of Bearing of the Hook and greasing the same of hoist motion. (ii) ELECTRICAL NETWORK (a) Checking the contactors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. (c) Cleaning of control panels and checking of connections. (d) Checking of connections of VVVF drives/other drive, calibrating VVVF drive to get smooth movement & maximum efficiency / other drives for smooth functioning of the same. (e) checking the serviceability of cable including power/control cable, checking the service ability of cable carrier/cable trolleys ,adjusting as possible to get maximum free for movement of moving part/ Aprons of EOT cranes (iii) DOWN SHOP LEAD (a) Checking the alignment and rectification. (b) Cleaning of the moving/sliding objects.

(iv) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL (a) Checking function ability of motion push buttons, function lock key operated switch, "ON &OFF" indication lamps

Note: 1.Periodic inspection/servicing shall be carried out by authorized service engineers/ agencies of OEM (original equipment manufacturer),without any disturbance of movement/ operation schedule of depot storage shad.

2. All expenditure for minor Material & Labour, T&P shall be included in quoted amount.

3. Major material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of sch 'A'

Dismantling of existing reduction gear box with device for hoist /CT/ LT motion traverse for carry out replacement of following U/S Parts/Carry out Misc repair and refixing the gear box after checking alignment of brake drum & motor and motor & gear box, in existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (a) Replacing the worn out shaft seals & bearing (b) Replacement of internal cover gasket, (c) Replacement of gear oil completely (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (d) Replacement of Gear coupling with nuts & bolts complete

Dismantling of existing Electrically operated hydraulically damped lever operated drum brake,415/230 volt,3 phase/ single phase, drum size 150 mm/100mm for controlling, braking & holding of plumber blocks of hoist /CT/ LT motion, carry out replacement of following U/S Parts/Carry out Misc repair and refixing the brake assembly after checking alignment of pulley, in existing position, of any capacity/power complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (a) Replacing the worn out activator seals & bush/bearing (b) Replacement of internal cover gaskets, (c) Replacement / top up of Hydraulic oil/fluid (Note: Hydraulic Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (d) Checking the alignment of activator, levers & other mechanism. (e) Checking solenoid switch coil & insulation value, spring torque etc Note: 1.minor material such as seals, bush/bearing, cover gasket, nut bolt, washer, pins, lubricants, waste cloth shall be included in quatoted amount.

M&L for dismantling ,taking down at elevated height & servicing of squirrel cage flameproof TEFC motor, dismantling of brake drum, motor coupling etc, replacement of U/s bearing, seal, bushes, shaft, assembling & aligning the same after repair work for hoist, CT (cross travel) and LT (long travel) motion motor , complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Periodic checking, to be carried out in every three months, for making/keeping the cranes serviceable all as directed.

(a) 0.5 HP to 2 HP

M & L for transporting to civil workshop, dismantling, rewinding the defective flame proof squirrel cage induction motor of single/ three phase, any make of any duty or any class of insulation, removing burnt out winding from stator / rotor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enameled copper wire of approved make and replacing insulation materials, varnishing with approved make, heating on electric oven till to get required insulation resistance value, replacing terminal block, re-assembling, Testing and Commissioning the following capacities.

(a) 0.5 HP to 2 HP

Supply and fix/lay, in any position, PVC insulated PVC sheathed fire retardant multistranded copper conductor cable, 24 core 1.5 sq mm size, with all lugs, thimbles, fixing arrangement etc. and testing after laying, including disconnecting & taking down of existing unserviceable cable from existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of LT/CT/Hoist Motion motor gear shaft with all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
