Attending complaints of leaking/unserviceable piller cock, wall mixer,WHB mixre,bib taps,two way bib taps,stop valves,15mm-20mm dia of making it fully functional and leak proof by carefully including taking down, replacing minor unservicable parts such as rubber washer, leather washers, jumpers brass 15mm-20mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Major part such as spindles/phases of CP piller cocks,wall mixre,WHB mixer ,two way bib cock, CP bib cocks angle cock replaced if any shall be measered and paid for separately under respective item.

Checking and attending complaints to carpenter work in repairs to joinery (wooden/steel/aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door spring, rolling shutter etc required carpentary work and carrying out minor repair such as tighting to screws/nails, wire of false ceiling, easening of joinery, door spring etc including replacement of glass panes, wirecloth to joinery or any defective items/materials, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Checking and attending complaints to welding work in repairs to steel windows, handles, door springs, iron frame of doors, rolling shutter garragesa and other iron misc works, repair by welding un or defective items/material alongwith & including welding machine gloves, welding glass, welding rod any other tools requited, as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Checking and attending complaints to mason work in repairs to floor not more than 0.5 sqm, fixing of loose tiles, plaster not more than 1 sqm including painting, repair to chhajja, repairing of loose brick/stone maonry including labor and materials, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down of shutter from frame for Resecuring /easing and adjusting shutters of any description and in any position area exc 1 sqm but nexc 2 sqm & refixing in the same opening after completion of repair works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
