Transformner 02 Supply of 400 KVA outdoor type unitized substation (USS) comprising of cast resin Transformer with 630A, 4pole on LT. side as per technical details furnished below. Transformer portion consists of 400kVA 11kV/433V outdoor cast resin dry type(AN) transformer (copper wound) having a continuous rating for 11kV/433V 3 phase, vector DYN-11 with off load tap changing from +5% to -10% in step of 2.5. Transformer should have cable end box on HV side and LV side with all accessories, complete as required as per State electricity board and IE rules specifications. The class of winding insulation shall be correspond to class F. The transformer shall confirm to IS 2067/77, 11171/1985 with latest amendment etc. Transformer losses shall be as per ECBC 2017 (with amendments up to 2020). The LT portion shall be provided with 1No 4Pole 630A 50Hz 36kA microprocessor based MCCB with inbuilt earth fault release, shunt/UV coil, adjustable setting range of 50–100%, rotary handle, and spreader links. A low-set earth-fault relay shall be provided LT side, and CT of suitable ratio with accuracy class 5P10 shall be provided at the neutral earthing point. All inter connection from transformer to LT breaker shall be given using electrolytic copper bus bar insulated with heat shrink and tinned at the point of contacts. All internal earth connections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made for giving cable connections on the HT side as well as LT side. Phase barriers and shrouding as per rules has to be given. The enclosure shall comply to IP standards for outdoor installation and shall be powder coated over suitable primer after seven tank processing.

Transformer portion consists of 315kVA 11kV/433V outdoor cast resin dry type(AN) transformer (copper wound) having a continuous rating for 11kV/433V 3 phase, vector DYN-11 with off load tap changing from +5% to -10% in step of 2.5. Transformer should have cable end box on HV side and LV side with all accessories, complete as required as per State electricity board and IE rules specifications.
