Installation of 12 mm toughened Clear Glass partition with Glaze partition with required accessories and fittings for the same as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Installation of KD Panels with required accessories and fittings for the same as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Installation of Aluminum Frames for Solid Partition with required accessories and fittings for the same as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P & F post laminated Work Top with mounter overall size 1200/1500/1800 /2100 X 750 - 1050 mm as per requirements, made from 34MM HDHMR (16+16) laminated board both side 1mm laminated. All edges are covered by 2 mm PVC edge bands glued by hot melt glue applied by auto edge banding machine. MS Brackets are provided to mount with Partition or Gable end. KD fitting: Entire table is assembled through 8mmX45mm concealed bolt with 15mm eccentric cranks, 8mm wooden dowels, etc. Complete drilling and boring work is done on Multi drill machine in KD – 32 System. All mounting holes are notched in all axis simultaneously in single reference. Complete interchange ability is required in all parts.

Gable end F type Leg made from 40X40 MS section with concealed joineries and Spacers OR Gable Ends made from Tapper and Slant fabricated from 2mm sheet with powder coating and mounting flange, in Powder coating finish.

Tie frame for supporting Gable ends and Modesty in bottom frame of work table made from 40X20X1.6mm Box section of CRC, ERW, MS section with mountings for interconnection with Gable ends, Top and Modesty brackets.

Mesh Back medium chair: Supply and installation of approved make size W 660 X D 600 X 950 H with fabric upholstery on Pu Foam Seat, Adjustable head rest and arm rest, adjustable lumbar support, self-adjustable mechanism with 4 locking position with nylon caster and star base, nylon star base for extra load carrying capacity, The chair include pneumatic seat height adjustment, tilt adjustment for back and also with two pair of caster, as per design given by the architect and approved by the engineer in charge

Computer chair low back mesh: Providing and fixing the chair of make as per approval. Cushioned Seat & Back, PP outer back cover, PP arms, Single Back lock, Push back mechanism, Gas lift for seat height adjustment, Nylon base with twin wheel castor.

Sofa 3 Seater: Providing and fixing in position of the Three seater sofas as per the drawing. It shall be made up of synthetic leather with the rubber wood frame. Seat foam shall be urethane foam with silicon fill and form shall have density of 31-33 kg/cubic cm and webbing material shall be s-spring. It shall have dimensions 1830W X 750D X 820H in mm complete as per design, drawing and as per specifications / additional specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing wooden paneling made from sub frames 18mm+18mm X100mm Plywood as per IS 303 grade @ 600mm span, covered with 18mm Ply wood and 1 mm HP Lamination Edges are covered with 0.8mm Edge bands

Supply and installation of approved make CORNER TABLE GLASS should be 525(W) x 525(D) x 400 (H), 12mm thick Toughened Glass/wood with under structure having Dia 12mm thick SS 304 as per design given by the architect and approved by the engineer in charge

Providing and fixing .15mm thick GARWARE OR EQUIVELLENT film on glass partition as per approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Floor double cylinder springs of approved model by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Roller blinds as per approved make as per suggested shade & spring drive system with steel ball chain/one touch with speed control action roller blind with end brackets with head rail, components, bottom bar. Fabric: screen classic 5% Fabric value: 465 gsm, Thickness: 0.65 mm Fabric to be as per approved sample. All the work completes as per the detailed drawing, mock-up sample and instruction of Architect/EIC. All complete as per approval of designer. The mode of Measurement: The size of the blind will be measured from end to end bracket (Left to Right bracket) height will be measured from top of the pelmet to sill bottom level and clear opening size only there will be not extra payment towered overlapping. & mock-up sample approved by the Architect/ EIC.

Providing and fixing of size Planter Box - Size 400x400x400mm and as per architect’s design.

Providing & Fixing 3 mm thick Poly Vinayle Clorine Flooring (PVC) in Square or Rectangle pieces with preparation of base, fixing with hitex, rdex, endura or equivalent including rolling with 5 kg roller and making the surface bubble free all complete approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Plain Gypsum Board False ceiling with required accessories and fittings for the same as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Existing False Ceiling with removing existing fixtures and accessories as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Installation of Wall Paintings/ Graphics on Wall as per approved by Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge as required
