M&L for Bore Earthing complete with solid copper rod earth electrode 19 mm dia, 1800mm length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground connected with earthing lead of 16 Sqmm dia PVC insulated single core copper conductor flexible cable including FRP Chamber and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Dimensions of FRP Chamber should be 300X300mm Top, 150mmX150mm Bottom, 200 mm Height and 2 mm Thickness.(ii) Cost of 16 Sqmm Copper Cable and 20 mm dia HDPE pipe (6Kg/Sqcm) deemed to be included in unit rate up to 7.5 meter.(iii) Value of earth system resistance should be less than 2 ohms.(iv) Cost of Bore hole of 150mm OD upto 3 M deemed to be included in unit rate.(v)Cost of Earth Enhance material to achieve the required result deemed to be included in unit rate.

Sypply , installation, commissioning and testing of AC, 3 Phase, 50 HZ 1000 KVA capacity transformer step down indoor type 11/0.433 KV (at no load) copper wound, Dry type complete , lifting hooks wheel with channel and locking arrangement to put on the plinth with external cooling , core type delta connected on primary (HV) side star connected on secondary (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group - 4) and netural brought on secondary side , On load tap changer with automatic voltage regulation (AVR) in suitable steps/position (Tapping Range +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25% each) on HV side to give output of stabilised voltage on LV side and Remote tap cubical changer (RTTC) Panel, digital type winding temperature indicator with RTD sensor and with standard accessaries and connecting with electrical system earthing etc including all jointing materials PCC foundation as per OEM design/recommendation testing and commissioning all as per IS : 11171 complete all as specified and directed. Supply and lay 160/136 mm Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables, laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall,poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make-REX/POLY/Gemini.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply & Lay dry river sand in existing duct/trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5mt depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder laid dry and proper base for duct near sea portion boulder removed up to depth 1.50mtr and throw away not exc 10mtr at throughout length of duct upto 2000 mtr. Near Sea portion at Jetty complete all as specified and-directed by-Engineer.in.Charge,

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-Charge

RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pillasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed-by-Engineer in charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by .Engineer in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid n trenches or in floors as a weep hole in RCC wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
