Supply, Installation and commissioning of Fracture Testing Machine for SPP Department of RSP

• The bidder should be an OEM of Fracture testing machine. OR The bidder is a dealer/channel partner of OEM. The bidder must furnish bid specific authorization from OEM that the installation & commissioning will be under OEM's supervision.

• Bidder should have successfully supplied, installed & commissioned at least one no. Fracture testing machine of a minimum 1000 KN capacity with computerized Control and Data Acquisition Systems (CTOD) testing facility in any PSU / Govt. Undertakings / Public Limited Company within the last ten (10) years in India, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

• Consortium bidding is not allowed

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March-2024 shall be at least Rs. 3.00 Crore (Rupees Three Crore only).

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March-2024, as per audited annual accounts. Financial Year means, the accounting year accepted by the prevailing law of respective Country.

• Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
