INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fixing energy efficient LED street light fitting of 20W pressure die cast aluminium housing/body, IP 66, protection efficiency 110 Lm/w, colour temperture 5700K, heat resistant clear toughened glass, with driver, including etectric connection with using 2 core flexible copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to light fitting, fixing the light fitting with new bracket made out of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia 0.9 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle including clamps with suitable nuts and bolts for fixing of bracket including painting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosures, VTPN Distribution board 4 way, 415V double door complete with appropriate size bus bar, neutral link and Earth Bar fixed flush in wall including cutting & chasing wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Distribution board and MCB's should be of same make.

Supply and fixing blanking plate suitable for any type of DB complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L Brick masonry valve pit of size 60x60x60 cm (Internal dimensions of chamber) built in CM 1:6 including 15 cm thick plastering internally with cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar complete with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover with angle iron 40x40x6mm frame, handle, locking arrangement including provisioning of 2 foot steps made out of MS 16 mm round bars removal of surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and painting steel surface (cover in side and out side with frame) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M & L for cutting of existing GI pipe line of size 80 mm size (02 cuts) in position for making branch connection 40mm dia for inserting of Tee complete including Tee of required size and other fitting such as sockets, nipples, unions etc complete including making threads in position for both side as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing angle cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated 15mm bore, all as specified and directed.

Total amount of credit i.e, Rs 180899.00 as per Sch of credit (Sch 'A' Part-XVI) shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at contract sum.
