Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications of uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural resources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural resources)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks and anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

MICRO CONCRETE- Providing and laying microconcrete a single component, cement-based material to which only the site-addition of clean water ( and approved graded coarse aggregates where specified) shall be permitted. The repair grout in the flowable consistency should achieve a compressive strength of not less than 8N/mm2 after 24 hours at 30°C. Most importantly, the cured micro concrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. thickness as per the drawing by consultant/ EIC on the designated area to the prepared slurry tight shuttering with proper shear connector and bonding agent where ever necessary, The micro concrete in the flowable consistency should achieve a compressive strength of 35 N/mm2 after 28 days at 30°C.
