Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth not exceeding 1.5m and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, plantation and developing of Korean / Mexican Carpet Grass including necessary earthwork excavation to a depth not exceeding 30cm in any type of soil, removing the Weeds, Roots and Vegetation, filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. and applying Soil Pesticide, transplanting of Carpet Grass including cost of Good Earth, Manure, Pesticides, Grass etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash Blocks [Modular Bricks], straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered Wall Surfaces and applying Two Coats of Cement Based Paint over One Coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.
