D Type staff Qtr. at Fire Station:- Providing 2.5 cm (1 INCH) thick grading concrete (1:2:2) using 4.7mm size hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete watering curing including cost and conveyance of all materials and etc with all labour and T&P required for the work complete including side shuttering.

Providing sika water proofing treatment wiht 3mm thick glass fibre reinforcement app memberance ( Sika WP shield 102F) ove one coat of sika WP shield app primer including heating charges with cost of gas and hire charges of heating torches etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Painting two coats with any approved super silver sheild paint to slab to surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) over brick masonary with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after raking out joints including watering and curing rounding the corners, providing grooves where ever with the cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials and labour with T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directged by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 (Two) coats with any approved Plastic Emulsion paint over a coat of primer to wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost of P.E Paint Cost,Coneyance, of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. comple te in all floors.

Wall painting Two Coat with Weather coat over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour and T&P require for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Painting Two coats with any approved enamel paint over a coat of primer ironwork including cost of enamel paint, sand papering polishing the surface with cost, Conveyance, royalties taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

2Nos. E type staff Qtr. At Fire station :- Removing old tarfelt from roof including all labour with T and P required for the work etc. complete. Chajja

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including ranking out joints 12mm deep ( 1/2 inch ) and removing the debris with in 50m lead including all labour Tand P etc complete. Patch
