Supply of indoor recess mounted LED Panel light fixture(White) not more than 36W with suitable housing powder coated, high efficiency diffuser, LED lamp, constant current electronic driver, high efficiency white reflector, prewired complete with all necessary accessories suitable for operation of 230 V, 50Hz AC supply as required (WIPRO CRCO10R038HP57G1L5 or equivalent as per preferred makes ) The luminaire shall have a minimum efficacy of 100 lumens/ watt and minimum lumen output of 3600 lm , THD less than 10% , CRI minimum 80 , Surge Protection of 2kV ,power factor of 0.95 or more , with 5 years warranty.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of exhaust fan with 250mm sweep , 800 CMH blower (Make Crompton Model BRISKAIRNEO10WHT , Make Bajaj Model MAXIMA DXL 250mm or equivalent )and suitable mouting arrangement including downrod from ceiling / side wall etc for mounting of exhaust fan , interconnection to exhaust ducting using suitable material complete ect as required.

Supply of indoor recess mounted LED down light fixture(White) not more than 15W with pressure die-cast aluminium housing powder coated, high efficiency diffuser, LED lamp, constant current electronic driver, high efficiency white reflector, prewired complete with all necessary accessories suitable for operation of 230 V, 50Hz AC supply as required ( Bajaj BPSLR 15W WH or equivalent as per preferred makes ) The luminaire shall have a minimum efficacy of 100 lumens/ watt and minimum lumen output of 1500 lm , THD less than 10% , CRI minimum 80 , Surge Protection of 2kV ,power factor of 0.95 or more , with 5 years warranty.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED down light fitting of all types complete with all accessories, lamps etc. on false ceiling with direct clipping including connection with 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor single core cable in flexible MS conduit and earthing etc. as required.
