Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down etc using mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for complete removal /scrapping of existing treatment on wall, ceiling by using machinery etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick ready-mix external sand faced cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including providing & mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification, surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer diluted in the ratio as per manufacturer’s specification above one coat of coarse putty to be applied to make surface even and smooth by using smart periodicals tools as per manufacturer’s instructions. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, complete all as directed. Note: The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer of which the materials’. paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. Note: - Five years manufacturer’s guarantee shall be given by the contractor and Guaranty money @ 2.5 % of work done shall be submitted in form of FDR for 05 years.

Demolition of existing old concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, cills, PCC gola, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - each line wire shall be measured.

Dismantling of fencing post/strut of any description (wood/Steel or RCC) including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel angle iron fencing posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 mtr openable length(Total length 90 mtr) having 50 Nos rounds per 6 mtr length , up to 3 mtr height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and G.I clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T. )/Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre complete all as specified and directed. Note: -Cost of M.S. angle C.C. blocks shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) filling in post holes, etc similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting shall be carried out on old angle iron post , grill of security wall, posts of play courts etc.

Taking up or down GI tubing/UPVC pipes and connection 20 mm bore of pipe or removal to storeas specified & directed by engineer incharge.

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to wall ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe with long body fancy type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) manhole cover slabs, set in CM 1:6, including steel framed, reinforcement, formwork, moulds, hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, PCC blocks, coping, benching, water troughs, seismic and other similar bands, plinth bend, etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete floors/tiles etc in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing out of defence land and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4: 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed coloured rubberisd moulded precast concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment pointed with grey coloured cement laid over sand bed, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand filling shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered polished cement tiles heavy duty, 30CM X 30CM X 22 mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement mixed with colour pigments complete all as spd. & directed, including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vitrified exterior colour tile (parking tiles) of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 9.5 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments over and including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub floor, sub base; concrete surface finished even & rough to receive topping floor/tiles finish/layer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling AC corrugated, semi corrugated sheet including ridge in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F road safety convex mirror of size 100 CM made up to polycarbonate reflective mirror and body is made of Abs/Fiber/plastic complete with one pole mounting bracket incl excavation pole hole, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( size of PCC 45 x 45 x 45 Cms ), height of pole 2.10 Mtr including embedded portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20 mm with fixing with epoxy. Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face heads and joints as specified of random rubble walling coursed hammer dressing with maximum depressing of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 40mm on lime/sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC bonders set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
