Cat-2A Category Contractors should upload a scanned copy of valid Caste Certificate Issued from competetent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original Cat-2A Caste certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Cat-2A Contractors should be Domicile of State of Karnataka for more than 10 years and should upload a copy of valid Domicile certificate issued by competent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original Domicile certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I c) If the bidder is haves firm then all the partners/ members of the firm shall belong to the Cat-2A.

A copy of the valid KPWD Class 3 & above registration.

A valid GST registration certificate.

A valid EPF registration certificate.

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26 (A) Achieved in at least ONE financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.25.41 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract).

satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction/Annual Maintenance/Repairs and Restoration of BCB of value not less than Rs 6.35 Lakhs (25% of the cost of the work) in last 5 FY (i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26 ) (Upload scan copy of work done Certificate report issued by the employer (Not less than the rank of Executive Engineer and Counter signed by SE) .The cost will be updated to the present value by giving weight age of 10% each year , if the work is completed prior to the year 2026-27.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.7.62 lakhs. (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Certificates from Banks )for meeting the fund requirement etc

Tenderers who fulfill the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under. Assessed available tender capacity (A X N X 5.00 -B)

The amount put to tender mentioned is exclusive of GST. The contractor is informed to quote his bid without GST and will be paid at prevailing rate.

During technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certificates/information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

The intending bidder should pay the labours through account payment.

The intending bidder shall pay the minimum rate of wages as applicable.

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work, make themselves familiar with local situation about the availability of construction materials, work men, land required for construction activities, etc before submission of bids.

The contractor should adhere to the time period specified for completion of work, under any circumstances without linking to the pending payment of the work & also Land acquisition problems if any.

Typographical errors, if any will not be the ground for any claims by the Contractor.

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the nextworking day holds good

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Corrigendum will be published in the web site / newspapers for all modifications corrections if any.

Contractor should abide by the directions of Government towards recovery of 1%(or as modified by the Government from time to time) Cess from the contractors bill under the provisions of building and other constructions worker welfare cess Act 1996.
