Maintenance to pressure type sand filtration unit by opening completely and taking out the existing filter media (sand and pebbles) & strainers. Carry out repair/maintenance work to casing by necessary tinkering and scrapping to make the filter vessels rust free. Refilling the removed filter medias after washing, fixing of new strainer and replacing the teared gasket, wornout nuts, bolts and washers with new complete including preparation for removing of old painted steel/iron surfaces of pressure filter media chamber by scrapping and cleaning of internal surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminous anti corrosive paint suitable for drinking water complete and also servicing of sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing GI pipe of size 80 mm dia, inserting tee of size 100 x 100 x 40 mm for taking branch connection including necessary threading, earth work, returning, refilling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ALTOCH-CH (Calcium Hypo Chlorite) 65%-70% Chlorine content (Calcium based Granular disinfectant for water treatment) packed in 45 Kg plastic drum and Make:- Aquuafit, Declibac technologies private Ltd

Repairs to existing PLC (Program Logic Controller) based pump control system with panel by removing and replacing the old unserviceable following items, connecting up and testing including material for wiring if required as specified and as directed a) Rust proof Magnetic Switch Sensor, Make: Yogitech - 2 Nos b) Pressure Switch RT116-1 to10 (BAR), Make: Danfoss - 1 Nos

Labour only for disconnecting and removing Centrifugal pumps of any type coupled with motor upto 15 HP capacity from its foundations/ base frame located at different pump houses, by disconnecting suction, delivery pipes, pump couplers and electrical connections, taking it to workshop for repair and refixing the pump back to its original postion after getting repair and making all connections, carry out alignment, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and as directed:- Note: Repairing of pumps/motors shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling and opening up of PUMP assembly of following capacities complete, removing worn out Gland bush, Housing for bearing, Gland Packing, Balancing, Pin locking set, nuts and bolts, Machining work etc., and replacing with new parts of same make/model/type including necessary machining works, replacement of worn out bearings both DE/NDE, assembling and testing for smooth operation at workshop as required, all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and opening up of MOTOR AC, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , of following capacities, removing burnt out winding wires complete, cleaning stator and rotor assembly, rewinding the stator with same gauge and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back the stator and rotor including replacement of terminal blocks and terminal bolts and nuts, both end bearings with same size / make complete all as specified and as directed :-

M&L in repair for painting of old painted GI pipe of any size on the external surfaces after preparation, located in and out of Pump House, by scrapping and cleaning of external surfaces and applying two coats of Sky Blue paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for removing the dirt, sediments, silt, alge, fungi etc, from the bottom and walls of the inside of the RCC/PVC service over head tank on roof top of the buildings or on staging of following capacity located at different places of Residential & technical area under NPOL by dewatering the over head tank by any means and cleaning the complete inner surfaces by rubbing / scrapping by wire brush to remove the sludge, washing with bleaching powder solution and then with water and draining out sludge, water completely including applying one coat of white wash to all the inner surfaces, and details of tanks like date of cleaning ,capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the outside of the tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 20 cm high in white colour , over a black background of size 100x60 cm all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying GI tubing medium grade of size 100 mm with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces etc complete in trenches of following sizes after taking down old unserviceable GI pipes all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for cleaning of pump set's starter panel after dismantling the incomming and outgoing connections from MCCB's/MCB's and replacing the old unserviceable gland ,lugs, nuts &bolts, push buttons, indicating lamps, supporting insulators etc, and checking the serviceability of MCB's cables and earth continuity conductor including replacement of worn out and unserviceable minor accessories all as specified and directed

M & L in repair for removing and replacing the following unserviceable items / parts in the existing panel, connecting up and testing all in repairs including material for wiring if required as specified and as directed :-

M& L for surface cleaning with cutting of vegetation and trim/pruning of tree branches near UG sumps/pump house bldgs 1.5 Mtrs from outside of pump houses , store yards of following area not exceeding 15 cm deep getting out soft / loose soil removing shrubs, small trees height up to 1.0 Mtrs, removing the grass from route and cleaning the fencing by removing small trees /Vegetation on fencing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Rate includes removing all waste material and grass not exceeding 50 Mtrs distance from installation ,depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point and cleaning of yard, tools should be provided by the contractor , Complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in Charge
