Providing structural special repair to ceiling of roof slab and RCC members including chipping of damaged concrete, cleaning of reinforcement application of high range zinc-rich epoxy resin for reinforcement steel anti corrosion coating (two coats) and quality comprises of resin and hardener mixed in equal propoortion by volume with minimum 9-10 hours between coats, sprinkling dry sand when 2nd coat is tacky so as to provide rough finish, epoxy bonding adhesive (2.2 sqm/kg) bonding coat on chipped portions, and restoration using SBR polymer modified cement mortar (1:4, 25 mm thick, polymer @ 2% by weight of cement), including scaffolding curing and finishing as per specifications etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre etc., as required and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Wall painting Two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections profile size 42x50 mm having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ±1mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer- in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames with 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic /galvanised M.S. ‘U’ cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete. All labour and materials. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows of Frame size 65 x 100 mm & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge, complete. All labour and materials. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing of size 125x64x2.50mm IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) of size 250x10 mm with necessary screws etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labours and materials.
