The Tenderer shall obtain any civil construction work the workdone certificate from financial year 2021-22 to 2025-26 (25% of the Amount Put to Tender i.e., Rs. 15.33 Lakhs) in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engieer (District Level Officer)and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid.
c) Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work: 1) Wet Mix: 363.82 Cum 2) Asphalt Quantities. BM/DBM/SDBC/BC)- 91.32 Cum
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under:Assessed available tender capacity -(AxNx5-B )where A -Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited -0.5 Year( 06 Months).B -Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.5 year(06 months) form the probable date of Award of this contract
The Tenderer shall achieved in at least one financial years a minimum financial turnover from financial year 2021-22 to 2025-26 of Rs.61.32 Lakhs (not less than the estimated cost under this contract).
Each Tenderer should further demonstrate b) Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 18.39 Lakhs.(Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.as per 1.10 Section 3 Qualification Information.
EMD may be paid fully by E-payment Rs. 62,000/-or in two parts,Part (1) Rs 50,000/- by E-Payment Part (2) Rs. 12,000/- EMD in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer PWD DIVISION Vijayapur,And contractor should upload the scanned copy of Bank Guarantee and the original BG should be Handed over to the Executive Engineer.
For SC Contractors reservation category participate in the tender, the Contractors Should upload Domicile Certificate stayed a minimum of 10 years issued by a Competent Authority / Tahashildar.
