Supply of 7.5 KW / 10 HP horizontal non clog centrifugal self primimg dewatering pump set with Squirrel Cage Induction Horizontal Foot Mounted IE2 motor having RPM 1450 (+-0.5%) having Class F insulation & conforming to protection IP55 suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50Hz A.C. supply and having SS impellar and shaft with suction lift of minimum 7 mtrs, minimum discharge capacity of 80m3/hr at 15 mtrs head complete etc. as required and as per specifications mentioned in the Special Conditions of contract.

Supply of 2.2 KW / 3 HP Monoblock Pump set with suitable motor having Class F insulation conforming to IP 44 / IP 55 protection suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply having SS impellar and shaft and discharge within 24m3/hr to 30 m3/hr with head upto 10 - 14 mtrs. complete etc. as required and as per specifications mentioned in the Special Conditions of contract.

Supply of 7.5 KW / 10 HP Vertical inline multistage centrifugal pumping set with IE2 motor of 2 pole of Class F to IEC 34-1 insulation conforming to IP55 protection, RPM-2945 (+-0.5%) suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50Hz A.C. supply along with required variable frequency drive having minimum discharge capacity of 10.3 m3/hr at 140 mtrs head complete etc. as required and as per specifications mentioned in the Special Conditions of contract.

Supply of 9.3 KW / 12 HP non clog submersible dewatering pump with dry type squirrel cage motor suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply having RPM 1450 (+-0.5%) conforming to IP 68 protection and discharge of 80m3/hr with head at 20 mtr. including supply of 10 mtrs cable and 5 mtrs lifting chain complete etc. as required and as per specifications mentioned in the Special Conditions of contract.

Installation, testing, commissioning of 7.5 KW / 10 HP horizontal non clog centrifugal self primimg dewatering pump set with Squirrel Cage Induction Horizontal Foot Mounted IE2 motor complete with MS base, coupling, coupling guard, AVM pads on existing PCC base foundation including connection with suction pipe and delivery discharge pipe complete etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (For Item No: 1)

Designing, engineering, fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning of outdoor type pump enclosure with 2 mm thick MS sheet painted with two coats of red oxide and synthetic enamel paint for covering the entire pumpset from rainwater and dust provided with hinged doors and locking arrangement for carrying out maintenance related works and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (For protection to outdoor mounting of Item No: 1)

Installation, testing and commissioning of 2.2 KW / 3 HP Monoblock Pump set with suitable motor by dismantling the existing pump motor set on the existing foundation and fixing with the existing suction and delivery MS pipes including necessary modification etc as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (For Item No: 2)

Installation, testing & commissioning of 7.5 KW / 10 HP Vertical inline multistage centrifugal pumping set with IE2 motor by dismantling the existing inline centrifugal pump motor set on the existing foundation with necessary modification and synchronising the same with the existing PLC operated control panel for getting desired discharge of water including providing connection with suction and discharge pipes complete etc as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (For Item No: 3)

Installation, fixing, testing and commissioning of 9.3 KW / 12 HP non clog submersible dewatering pump with dry type squirrel cage motor in the existing sump pit along with arrangement of chain pulley system for lifting and lowering of pump set and connecting with the existing discharge pipe including necessary modification etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (For Item No: 4)

Supply of 150 mm dia medium class GI Pipes conforming to IS: 1239 Part - 1 (2004)

Laying and fixing of 150 mm dia medium class GI pipe with suitable GI bends, socket, flange, clamps, gaskets complete etc. as required and necessary modifications directly in ground including trenching and refilling etc. as required.

Supply of 4 core 10 sq. mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor industrial flexible cable for voltage grade upto 1100 volt as per IS 694:1990.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 4 x 10 sq. mm (25 mm)

Supply and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, end, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade power cable in the existing DWC pipe as required.

Excavation in cement concrete not exceeding 1.5 meters in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated concrete and disposal of excavated concrete as directed within a lead of 50 mtrs.

Earth work in surface excavation including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolishing of brickwork in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposl of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing & making of flat brick soiling etc. as reqd.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc as required

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing neat cement in the surrounding wall as well as on the floor as required

Supply and fixing of 8 mm thick chequered plates i/c. welding, painting with two coats of red lead primer and synthetic enamel black paint etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS angle of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm i/c grouting on the roof/wall, welding, painting with two coats of red lead primer and synthetic enamel black paint etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS channel of size 75 x 40 mm (ISMC 75) of suitable lengths i/c grouting on the roof/wall, welding, painting with two coats of red lead primer and synthetic enamel black paint etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of 150 mm PVC flexible pipe for the purpose of discharge of waste water.
