OD2019/2023-2024:Dismantling the 25/30HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD2020/2023-2024:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 3/5 HP mono block vacuum pump set for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing, changing bearings of pump, reconditioning pump shaft etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and maintain the motor pump sets , starter in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed and as directed by the departmental officers at site (cost of material, labor, conveyance charges all includes).

OD2022/2023-2024:Supply and fitting of Rubber tyre type Coupling assembly including all materials and bolts as per the direction of the department officer at site

OD2023/2023-2024:Labour charge for cutting DI pipe diametrically by abrasive cut of saw: 300 mm diameter DI pipe (Ref: 18.83.7)

OD2024/2023-2024:DismantIing the suction pipe lines at required length and laying the pipe line after repair, flange fabrication, fitting the strainer including all labour charges but excluding charges of flanged joint, bend, strainer etc.as per the direction of the department officer at site

OD2025/2023-2024:Fabricating and Fixing MS flanges for connecting pipe lines to bends, reducers etc. including cost of material, labour , machinery, conveyance, incidental and handling charges etc complete(300NB pipe).

OD2026/2023-2024:Supply and fixing of SS Strainer NB 300mm at suction side of pipe including all materials and labour charges as per the direction of the department officer at site
