Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required line, grades cutting and trimming of side slopes , camber, super elevation and level shown as per the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 302, 304 and 1603 and sorting out surplus materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or by mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidential necessary to complete the work by mechanical means or labour if required. 744.84 cubic metre quantity of stones/useful materials to be recovered from the contractor at the rate Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) per cubic metre from the bill on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolutely responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other surfaces graded and compacted with three wheel road roller 80-100 (eighty-hundred) KN static weight roller to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical specifications clause 301 and as per directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm (three hundred milimetres) below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specification section 300 and as per directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Earth work in excavation in foundations for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera and all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary / mixed soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305 and 1603 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
