Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Average annual turnover of the Bidder during the last three financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26

Others -- Certificate issued by Statutory Auditor/CA with registration number or seal for Turnover with UDIN. Audited Financials

Experience of the Bidder in implementing HMIS solutions including Claims Management OR a standalone Claims Processing Solution, for State Government healthcare organisations, in the last 5 years, whether completed or ongoing

Others -- Copy of the Work Order / MOU / Agreement/ along with a Client-issued letter

Bidder Healthcare Solution Experience

Bidder Certifications

Others -- Certificate

The Bidder shall possess valid ABDM M1, M2 and M3 certifications for the proposed HMIS solution
