Drawing out the SF 6 / RMU from the circuit system of 11 KV, Servicing the Circuit breaker by checking the following parameters for proper functioning using CTC for clear off the carbon deposited. (a) Checking / fault diagnisis of Isolator & earth switch mechanism slips (b) Checking of Gas inside the tank (c) Checking the functionality of relay protection system (d) Checking the Mechanism of isolator module and VCB module (e) Checking the voltage presence indicator (f) Checking the comlete control wiring for tripping/ closing/indication system Necessary spare parts shall be measured as Supply only in following items. The labour charges are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate for this item. Note : (a) Servicing shall be performed by authorised service personnel of OEM i.e M/s Schineder (b) Servicing certficate shall be provided to engineer-in-charge. (c) Replacement of minor spares like Push button lever, Green push button, red push buttons and shaft for operating handles etc. are inclusive of rate quoted by tenderer.

Supply only Numerical relay for RMU tripping system (3 Over Current, 01 Earth Fault and high set instantaneous protection in single unit) suitable for opration on 3.6 DC all as per Model. Make:- ASHIDA ADR241S NANO Relay.

Supply only Space heater 80W 230V AC for 11KV HT electric VCB.

Supply only Thermostat 0-110°C 15A 230V AC for 11KV HT electric VCB.

Supply only Lithium battery for RMU ER 14250, 3.6V, 1/2AA, 1200mah.

Supply only Rubber gasget for Rmu.

Supply only RMU opreting handle as per sample.

Supply only Gas for RMU Tank (5 Ltr / kg).

M&L for shifting of RMU with super structure from platform with the help of crane and loading to vehicle. The RMU to be shifted to onther location not more then 2 KM and refixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with in curved work on plan with mean radius n. exc. 6m old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Bedding of pole including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L for servicing and Overhauling to HT VCB 400/630 Amps 11 KV of any make by carrying out following job:- (i) Taking out VCB trolly from the panel board. (ii) Removal of dirt, dust & carbon particles by air blower. (iii) Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts & gears. (iv) Checking and setting of VCB ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC & push button. (v) Checking tightness of all control wires. (vi) Checking leakage in vacum interrupter by Hi-Pot test. (vii) Assembly of trolly and testing complete. (vii) Remove all HT busbar sleeve and replace all sleeves with colour code. (viii) Removal of dirt, dust & carbon particles by air blower for VCB HT comparment and DC compatment. (ix) Checking of all DC wiring from Battary bank to VCB wiring should be proper fixing through conduit. (x) Replacement unsv space heater and thermometer. Note:- VCB service Shall be undertaken through authorised service centre.

Supply and fixing of 11KV bus support epoxy resub cost insulators minimum crepage distance of 130mm cantilever strengh ont less than 1200 Kgf.

Supply and fixing in replacement numerical relay for VCB tripping system (3 Over Current, 01 Earth Fault and high set instantaneous protection in single unit) suitable for opration on 24V DC all as per Model Make: ASHIDA ADR141 NANO Relay (Note:- Existing relays are of Electromagnetic type, hence any modification in the wiring and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the scope of work).

Supply and fixing in replacement Ammeter for HT panel square dial of size 100mm digital type complete all as specified and as directed. Make : AE/Rishabh (Note: Existing meter analough type and large in size, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the scope of work).

Supply and fixing in replacement voltmeter for HT panel Square dial of size 100 mm digital type complete all as specified and as directed.Make : AE/Rishabh(Note: Existing meter analough type and large in size, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the scope of work).

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamp assembly 24V DC in (Red,Yellow, White, Green & Blue colour) for HT panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Current Transformers draw type 11KV, 100/50/1-1, Core1: Class 5P10, 10VA, Core 2: Class 0.5, 10 VA . Note : The item shall be integrated in HV compartment of VCB assembly through wiring for implementation of protection VCB the rate of the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix HRC fuse 4A, 6A & 10A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Closing coil 24V DC Make : CGL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Tripping coil 24V DC Make : CGL complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix of Spring charging motor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Space heater 80W 230V AC for 11kV HT electric VCB.

S&F in repairs Thermostat 0-110°C 15A 230V AC for 11kV HT electric VCB.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Vacuum interrupter 630 A suitable for existing HT VCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to VCB, Fire stand post, duct plate etc at installations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after making the suface free from oil/grease/rust and applying a coat of red oxide primer complete including writing details as per directed like as SM Nos/feeder detail etc. all as specified and as directed.

Scraping the peeled out paint of the transformer, preparing the surface, applying metal paste on the voids to make the surface even, spray painting with one coat of synetic enamel paint of existing shade and sign writing of MES/SM No on the transformer all as directed of capacity upto 630 KVA.

M&L labour for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer unserviceable copper /aluminium wound from transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA, opening top cover, and carrying out the following work complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing minor repairs etc. as required and directed. and keeping aside for reuse. (b) Taking out the core with winding assembly. (c) Removing of complete winding from core and dismantling the core, cleaning of core laminate sheet and keeping aside for reuse (d) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins, removing of sludge, and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed and specified. (e) Painting of outside surfaces of transformer complete by means of spray machine as directed. (f) Rewinding of HT/LT leg coil complete using copper wire /strip of appropriate gauge, size and turn as per existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. (g) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of HT/LT coils as per existing.

(h) Fixing only HT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos. and LT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, and washers 4 Nos. and connection with primary and secondary windings and reconnecting with the main terminals as required and directed. (j) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive . (k) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly. Note :- The contractor shall give written warranty of one year from the certified date of completion for the repaired transformer. HT/LT leg coils and transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only HT/LT coils with super enamelled copper wire /DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing guage and impedance.

Supply only HT/LT coils with super enamelled aluminium wire /DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing guage and impedance.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically outdoor/indoor type transforemrs upto 400 KVA capacity,Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing minor repairs replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive of transformer and reconnecting electrically and mechanically testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing Silica Gel Breather assembly including vent pipe and Silica Gel for indoor/outdoor transformers, capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Thermometer of transformer capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling UNSV air break gang operated and Supply, installation connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, triple pole mounted on polymer insulators 15 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism with 20 mm dia GI Pipe (Medium Grade) Rod worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 200 amps and working voltage 11000 volts all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified including taking out the unserviceable earthing complete and testing on completion all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.30mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal and common salt alternatively upto 90 cm and connected with and including GI wire of size 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI. 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of GI wire from earth plate to testing point for protection, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for water with wire mesh and funnel for watering including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-2 with RCC cover complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part I of SSR Part I (2009) complete all as specified. NOTES:- (ii) Earth electrode shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with suitable size GI pipe up to 7.50 m and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (iii) Earth pit chamber and RCC cover shall be painted with red paint over a primer coat and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (iv) The earth chamber shall be constructed 3 m away from the edge of the bldg pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Disconnecting the incoming / outgoiung cables , earthing strips of the transformer, isolating completely, bringing the trolley mounted transformer from main power house to another location not more than 2KM and connecting the HT and LT cables including earthing, testing the transformer on load, checking the phase sequency, changing the phases if any differences and testing complete all as speciifed and as directed. Note : All T & P , Botls /Nuts, labour etc required for above job are included in the quoted rates.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically outdoor transforemrs upto 400 KVA capacity, lowering down/getting out from plinth carefully for repairing /making of plinth of transformer and re- connecting electrically and mechanically after repairing/making of plinth, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The rates quoted is deemed to be included for hydra, men power and other items required for temp energization of transformer.

M&L for servicing and Overhauling to CSS upto 100 KVA to 400KVA of any make by carrying out following job:- (i) Removal of dirt, dust & carbon particles by air blowerin HT & LT compatment (ii) Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts & gears. (iii) Disconecting to RMU servicing and Overhauling and refilling of Gas and reconecting. (iv) Checking and setting of RMU ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC & push button. (v) Checking tightness of all control wires. (vi) Checking of all busbar (vii) Assembly of trolly and testing complete. Necessary spare parts shall be measured as Supply only in following items.The labour charges are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate for this item. M&L for ON load Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 11/0.433 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.
