Electrical (maintenance works) Note : All the items of SOR of PWD Electrical works w.e.f 01.11.2017 including upto date addenda and corrigenda and the approved non schedule item of works (Including 18% GST & 1% labour cess) ( The work shall continue of the entire contract period as per the requirement & as directed by the Engineer in charge . The payment of the executed work shall be made on the basis of - (A) PWD schedule of rates (B) As per the ANNEXURE - 2023/2 for non-schedule items (C) List of rates proposed by PWD (Sub Committee) on 27/02/2026 for different electrical works.)

Day to day Repairing and Maintenance of electrical fittings and accessories as and when required and Operation of pump- motor sets - Supply of manpower for Repairing and Maintenance of electrical fittings and accessories as and when required and operation of pump-motor sets and controlling valves in water supply line to provide uniterrupted water supply with minor maintenance,if required for 274 days as per direction of EIC. Shift Duration:- I) 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM ;02:00 PM to 10:00 PM (One Number of Skilled Electrician cum Pump Operator per shift for 4th.
